Accommodating and skilled
I was a walk in on a Saturday morning, and they accommodated me graciously.
The stylist did a lovley job hearing what I wanted, and executing a lovley cut on long thick curly hair.
The environment was clean and everyone seemed to be in a pleasant mood.

Completely Uneven
Completely Uneven.
My stylist did not measure to make sure that the layers were even on each side. She did not add even amounts of layers per side and did not blend anything ... and I went to a 'senior' stylist at this location. I asked to keep the length and gave permission for 0.5 inch to be removed and 2 inches were taken off. The tools used were from a pouch and not the sanitizing jar with the blue liquid. I tried to explain I wanted the side/curtain bangs a bit shorter she just cut them short, without blending or measuring them and sent me on my way with 15 minutes left in the appointment. It honestly sucks giving a poor review, maybe she was having an off day... but I am quite frustrated as I had to go to another stylist (not from Chatters) and have them fix my cut to which I was told "was the wonkiest cut they have seen".
