Always a good cut
On time. We look at my hair and discuss what type of cut. Salvador also always looks at how thick it is, where is it really thick and we talk about layering or thinning it. Nothing is done before we discuss it and decide.

All I can say is my experience was…
All I can say is my experience was unpleasant from the moment I met my stylist. She made me feel embarrassed and uneducated about what I was asking for. And that she wouldn’t have enough time because I booked wrong. I explained that I don’t get my hair done professionally and that i didn’t realize I did the booking wrong.
We agreed to do some highlights. While I was waiting for her I felt uneasy and now wish I had just left the salon. She did my highlights and left the bleach in for so long. It was followed by another treatment in the sink where she left me for a hour. My neck was so sore during this wait period. I’ve had highlights done before and never had to go through that process.(throughout this time she made me feel bad that she wouldn’t have time to get her kids) Finally she came back to rinse all the product out. After she was done styling I noticed right away my hair looked way darker than I wanted. The next morning when I checked my hair it had turned into a greyish green colour with no highlights at all. I’m so upset my hair is ruined. And it cost me $360.00.
