My curls were good for so many days and even up until my next wash.

It was my daughter’s 1st time to get a professional salon service for hair color & she absolutely loved the result! The stylist, Salvador was very skilled in his craft & was able to figure out how to achieve the hair color that my daughter wants for her graduation. I highly recommend Salvador! Ang husay at galing mo!👏🏼 Salamat, Salvador!😊

Montana is amazing - she listens to what you want and completes the style to perfection. She is an absolute lovely person with fantastic hair knowledge.

Staff were very helpful & friendly. Shout out to Jeff (hairdresser) who always does an excellent job on my hair. He is the main reason a go this salon.

I liked that I was still able to get my hair done, but I disliked I was told at the day of my appointment I was unable to get my hair styled the way I would've wanted. It was a big disappointment.

Salvador did an amazing job as always with my daughter's haircut, he is always so detailed and precise.

I work in customer service and I hate to leave a review that is not full stars. Unfortunately though out of all my experiences with chatters which has been great this one was unfortunate. Firstly my appointment was at 11:30am and I walked in at 11:20am and seated to wait, however was no acknowledged or updated that my appointment wouldn’t start until 11:43 when I was then engaged with.
Following the late start requested the previous color that I got and showed a picture, however the information was not on file for the last hair treatment and was asked to pick a color, when I showed the picture of my previous hair I was asked again to pick a color as she didn’t know what it was.
I was going for a blonde balayage, upon the color and drying I commented it is much warmer and gold than what was requested, another hairdresser looked and asked again which I said it was much more gold than what I asked for.
Two day following it is now substantially gold and in some instances orange and thick lines from my dark brown hair which I’ve never experienced the past 4 years getting the some style.
I called to inquire as it is more and more gold and brass and was asked to try purple shampoo of which I am in hopes it helps, but for over $350 and 4 hrs it is extremely disheartening to have nothing that I asked for.
I will say that the hair cut although I didn’t want to lose length and we ended up 3” shorter that the hair cut itself is great.

Martha was amazing and gave me the exact haircut and style I asked for. She was also incredibly sweet and professional.

I couldn’t be more disappointed. Amit BUTCHERED my daughter‘s hair. It’s her second birthday this weekend and her hair looks terrible. He cut her pigtails off after I asked him to keep it long and styled the bangs super weird. I think he thought she was a boy, not sure why with a name like Jade and wearing all pink.

A new stylist today tried to fix it, but it was cut so short and thinned out that there wasn’t really anything she could do.

To add insult to injury they charged me $30!

Tianna was absolutely awesome! She understood exactly what I wanted and she cut my hair to perfection! I had an awesome experience with her and I have finally find my hair stylist. She has continuously checked with me through the process asking what I prefer, explaining what she was doing and why. She had a very good suggestion to use a powder which helps me to better style my hair. Awesome stylist! I absolutely loved the way she cut my hair!

As usual, I look and feel much better after Pam Campbell has done my hair.
