Requested a shoulder length bob…
Requested a shoulder length bob straight no layers hair cut. Found longer pieces of hair when should of been all one length. Ended up with a chin length bob.
Will not be returning. There are lots of other salons in Calgary who will cut hair as the client has requested and also check to make sure the hair cut is one length all around.

My stylist was super cool
My stylist was super cool! They kept fixing my bangs until I liked them. I felt like I was being super annoying but they were cool about it. I'll definitely go back!

Great customer service.
The staff are always welcoming and friendly. The hairdressers are knowledgeable and always do what you ask. This is the only place my 17year old son will go to get a haircut.

Jeff Q. is a superstar!!
I hadn’t had a cut in over a year and my hair was in fairly bad shape - split ends and dryness galore! Jeff is an amazing stylist and did a masterful job with my coarse, wavy, long hair. Very communicative and friendly, he really puts you at ease and takes extra care to ensure that you’re both on the same page with your hair goals. I walked out with a gorgeous cut and a lovely colour. Wonderful experience overall, will definitely be coming back to see Jeff :)

Salvador provides great service. He listens carefully, clarifies the suggestions for hairstyles, and carefully executes them. He also incorporates a quick scalp massage when washing the hair which I truly appreciate!

Second times a charm!
My first haircut was not very good, but I went back a few days later and the same hairstylist recut my hair and did a great job, free of charge. This goes a long way. Keep up the great work guys!
