Johanna is an absolute gem! She’s sweet, bubbly, and incredibly talented. Whether it’s a gorgeous long cut or a sharp undercut with a creative design, she nails it every time. I completely trust her process—she has an amazing eye and always delivers something even better than I imagined. Highly recommend!

Had an appointment, arrived early. No other customers in the salon. I was greeted by one staff member and seated. Then waited and waited and waited. The hairdresser is in a meeting, really? I waited more than 15 minutes past my appointment time and I am not amused. Obviously, that meeting is more important than the client waiting, that is unacceptable,my time is valuable to me. I walked out, there are other hair salons in town. After I got home a phone message; apologies and then later an offer of a complimentary haircut. Not interested, don't even want to talk to that hairdresser.

Jocelyn understood what my hair needed and informed me in what was wrong with my hair while providing solutions as well to fix it. She also took her time and did what she needed to in order to bring my hair to its most optimal state.

Loved my haircut from Ms. Purva, and she did a good job and gave me exactly what I wanted.

But the e-gift card redemption was handled poorly: I waited nearly 10 minutes and felt subtly accused of scam when the receptionist Mr. Gabi struggled to process a valid online gift card. Eventually, he called the manager twice and finally entered the gift card number manually, and it worked just fine.

Physical and e-gift cards are a normal part of business—staff should be trained to handle them smoothly and respectfully. Their lack of knowledge shouldn't make a customer feel bad. Please improve this part of the experience.

Miki was so great. She listened to both my daughter and my concerns, and did exactly what my daughter was hoping for, while achieving what I was hoping for. (Not easy, since our priorities were different) She provided my daughter with knowledge on how to care for her hair to help her achieve her hair goals. The focus wasn’t about upselling at all but making sure my daughter left happy.

Loved the final results! Everyone was super nice and welcoming!

First time I visit chatters and it’s great fun energy in the studio among the staff and other My stylist Purva Patel provided amazing service and Putin loads of time with my experience amount of hair .I loved the my hair cut and bouncy blow out .
