Amazing experience!
All the employees were friendly and amazing, they asked what I wanted and gave me exactly what I asked for, no comments like “are you sure?” or “this would look better on you”, which I personally dislike because I am a people pleaser and it makes me want to choose something else that other people might like, not me. Overall the entire experience was amazing!

poor tipping system
unfortunately the products I purchased were included in the tip without me being made aware. the stylist was good, but due to the total with the products, she ended up getting a 50% tip on the cut.

Amazing Experience with Miki
I had a haircut and balayage done by Miki and I couldn't be happier with the results! She's very professional, friendly, and really knows what she's doing. The front desk staff are also incredibly kind and welcoming. Great experience overall, highly recommend!

Cancelled on 2 hours prior to our…
Cancelled on 2 hours prior to our appointment. When I refused they asked me to come earlier which I couldn’t do due to waiting for my babysitter.
We were then given another stylist who asked for photos when I told her a basic trim. She gave my daughter layers that are so blunt and not even blended. Also she didn’t line the cut up and now it looks horrible.
This was my daughter’s and I girls day and we basically felt like a burden.
We will never return. And maybe they should hire staff who can cut hair.

Amazing team of talented and kind stylists
They have been so accommodating of my 13 year old daughter. She has never had highlights before, and after not quite getting what she wanted, they went out of their way to get her hair looking how she pictured it in her head.

Possibly my best haircut experience ever! Will be returning
Gabriel and Destiny were so sweet! I had the most comfortable experience and absolutely adore them both. So extremely kind and made me feel like we had all been friends for years.
Destiny worked extremely well with me. I have autism, and she was extremely empathetic and an amazing communicator. She asked lots of questions and made sure she knew exactly what I wanted and needed for my cut.
Gabriel was incredibly empathetic and hosted amazingly. I felt welcomed and so comfortable the whole time I was there.
Thanks again for the amazing cut and service. I will be back, and I will be recommending Chatters! 🫶✌️
