Stephanie is a great stylist
Stephanie always makes a great cut. She is fun, gives off great energy, and listens to what I want. We went shorter for the summer, this will work better for my wavy hair. Love the cut!

Good job cutting the hair but overshared unprompted
Hair stylist did a wonderful job cutting my hair, clearly skilled. But I had requested a silent haircut but she wouldn't stop talking. Very friendly but not what I was hoping for and feel weird/ rude asking someone not to overshare or talk when they clearly want to talk :( also they have my hair in their hands so I don't wan to have a bad haircut.

I work and have 2 kids, so I have limited time these days. The manager at Chatter's made things work for me in terms of getting me an appointment that worked with my schedule. And the stylist Sachin was very pleasant and knowledgeable, and went over and above by staying late for me past the time he was scheduled to work until. Such great service with warmth and a smile! Very very much appreciated!
