Richelle did a fabulous job! I am SO pleased with my haircut :)

Stephanie was very friendly and did emaculate braids.

Wonderful new haircut and style. Richelle was super friendly and helpful. Also super quick dispite having to cut my hair from my mid back to above my shoulders. Love my new style and advice on how to maintain it. Will definitely be back.

Abby did a FANTASTIC job on my thick, curly hair! The before and after photos for the blowout she did are extremely impressive. She was pleasant, professional, and very talented. Highly recommend booking in with her!

I had a floating bob cut, but after i reached home, washed my hair, i realized my hair is uneven. Left side is longer than the right side.

I did not feel heard at all. I am a recently single mother of two under two and was looking to get something to boost some confidence for summer. I had shown two different photos of bangs I wanted and asked for a professional opinion and it was taken as a personal opinion so I was told it was up to me. I wanted to know if they would work on me. I went with the fringe bangs first but was given curtain bangs so I asked for more in the center of my face but she cut them very short half way up my forehead. The rest of my hair does not look like the photo given and is more poofy than before, it was not even styled the way they have it in the photo. I felt she just done what she does with everyone, not very personal. The style in the photos did not call for a blow dry with a round brush. I was very disappointed and to walk into a store after my cut to see a girl with the hair I wanted made it even worse. I had to buy a hat to cover it up and wait for my bangs to grow, the cut does not suit me at all. Two weeks later and my bangs are still short. Very upset. Two stars because I do like the person who cut my hair and i had two good experiences with her prior. It was much more upsetting to have the worst experience since I was a young teen and going through so much already post partum.

My original cut with Bob was a disaster. However the manager noticed right away and arranged to get it fixed with Darren who did a fabulous job

Got home and hairdresser had missed a chunk that I had to cut myself and sides were uneven which I had to fix. Didn't know at the time as she mudded it so it was hard to tell what the cut actually looked like. If you can add on my file no mud or product in my hair unless asked for by me.

My stylist was Alisha and she did my hair exactly the same way I wanted. Thank you

Richelle was amazing. She was quick, precise, and so friendly. She made me feel very welcomed as well as when I wasn’t quite sure with how many layers I wanted, she walked me through all the different types she could do to the exact length and shape that I wanted it. 11/10 would recommend and will definitely be going to see her again!!!

Hi guys! Today my dream came true! I came to this salon at Mayfair mall" Chatters " randomly with an awful yellow color on my head with no hope that anyone can correct this color switching it into blond. Luckily, I met Richelle- the most caring person and hairdresser I've ever met in my life!
Patient, supportive, intelligentq Understanding my concern, she exactly described me all the steps she will be following to get to the desired color. She has spent like 3 hours to do the transformation to a " New Me". Im very thankful and lucky to meet this lady who fixed my messed up colour which I tended to achieve on my own at home. I'll always come back to Richelle for more treatments if I need to. I highly recommend this professional lovely lady!
