Uneven and not what I asked for!
I came to this salon (In Mayfair Mall) hoping to treat myself to a simple haircut after having a baby, but unfortunately, the experience left me very upset. I asked for my hair to be cut just below the shoulders — long enough for a ponytail — and explained that I have curly hair, which shrinks a lot when dry. Instead, I was given a short bob with only a couple of inches in the back and long pieces in the front. My curls now spring up to my ears, and I can’t wear my hair naturally. I’ve been in tears over the cut.
While the stylist was kind, they didn’t confirm the length with me BEFORE cutting had started. This is the second bad haircut I’ve had at this salon, and I won’t be coming back. I really think some stylists here need more training — especially in working with different hair types and communicating clearly before making cuts.

I asked for layers and U cut but left…
I asked for layers and U cut but left with a V cut. She did communicated that she was gonna do a V cut instead of U but totally forgot about the layers part. Stylist also complained about being hungry for a while. I offered to wait so she can go grab a bite, she refused and said she’ll put on her headphones instead. Overall, lack of professionalism was what put me off.
