I had an awful experience at Chatters
I had an awful experience at Chatters. I went in for a haircut, and the stylist completely ruined it. The layers are awful and choppy, and the cut ended up way too short. It’s nothing like what I asked for, and I couldn’t even get it fixed. Waste of time and money – I won’t be coming back.

Kate was absolutely amazing! I walked in no appointment, wasn’t sure I could see anyone, and she was available! Super kind and sweet girl! Definitely will be driving the 2.5 hours to see her again!

My son went in for a simple haircut
My son went in for a simple haircut, shorter on the sides and a bit longer on top. I don’t know if the stylist had never did a boys cut before but she went in the with clippers and did not even anything out. The top and sides were so uneven, and I couldn’t believe the hairdresser was just okay with leaving it like that.
When my husband saw my son he said the same thing. We asked another stylist to fix it, which she sort of evened it out and did what she could. We were then charged an extra $15 dollars on his haircut.
I’ve never had a bad experience with my 5 year old, but we have now had to shave the top of his head as well just to even it out. Headed on vacation next week and disappointed we decided to go to chatters. Have always gone there for our kids hair cuts but won’t be back.
