The atmosphere, the hair dresser, her overall vocation in what it takes to be a true hairstylist, this includes her attitude toward the passion of her job, making a good impression and experience with the customer like me. And she clearly understands and knew what she was doing. Despite it being a bit more expensive than I thought—-for something so simple of just getting a 1-inch trim in my hair, the hot chocolate they offer to you helps sort of give even the slightest & fulfilling feeling of that balancing out the price of your haircut visit.🎨

I choose this salon because the price and location were good in comparison to several places I have been too during the past few years.
The atmosphere, cleanliness, service, and the interaction between the salon staff was warm, friendly, and respectful.
The stylist, Sio is one of the best stylist I have had and I would strongly recommend and return.

Sio is the best, Her smiling personally and her ability to do a great perm is beyond words. I would most certainly recommend her without a doubt. The rest of the staff is also most accommodating. A great salon.

Didn’t get a quote when I booked and it was kinda a jump outta budget for 92$ just for a haircut. Kinda like 20$ over my planned budget would’ve been nicer to know when I booked…

Online appointment booking provides easy to follow prompts and makes choosing the service one wants clear regarding who the stylist is, what service you're requesting and what the cost will be. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Natalia, the stylist who's done my hair for 5 months now, is a cheerful person and an excellent stylist- she listens well and checks to ensure she's understood her client's request. I had an appointment with Angie for a curly cut and it was fantastic. She started with an interview of sorts to get to know my goals, current routine, and any specific issues I was having. My hair was fairly long but quite damaged - Angie was kind and nonjudgmental and asked if I prefer to keep the length or if I'm comfortable losing quite a bit of length. I ultimately went with cutting off a fair bit of my hair since the ends were dry, splitting, and just overall not looking great. It's a lot easier getting consistent results with my hair now and I'm happy with how my hair looks. Angie also provided a list of the products she used and followed up about a week after via email to ensure I was still satisfied. I'd happily make another appointment with her.
