Highly recommend Denisa for Hijab-Wearing Clients
I had an amazing experience with Denisa! She made me feel comfortable and confident throughout my haircut and color appointment. Denisa exceeded my expectations, delivering results that were close to what I wanted while prioritizing my hair's health. Her expert input was invaluable.

From the initial phone call booking a last minute appointment, to coming in to the salon, I was treated with kindness and respect.
The worst thing about hair salons is usually the big egos of the professionals who can often make a client feel shame or embarrassment especially if they have made a mistake with their hair at home. I was so pleasantly surprised that there was none of this here at all! Nobody had any type of egotistical attitude. Every single person I interacted with was pleasant and professional. Rebekah took care of my hair and was wonderful! She did an excellent job fixing my hair colour and did it with such a pleasant attitude. After the colour, she styled my hair beautifully which many in the past never could because my hair is difficult. I am so happy I decided to try Chatters and would recommend to anyone! I highly recommend Rebekah for any hair service. She is fantastic!

Attentiveness to client needs improvement
Client's neck felt sore afterwards. Stylist should communicate with client while shampooing hair in basin - for e.g., asking client to raise head or informing client instead of lifting it without warning. Root touch up did not completely cover sideburn hair. Stylist did not remove hair dye from client's face (forehead and sideburns near hair line).
