Great Service
When I called for an appointment it was for the day and timeframe that I wanted. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.
My hairdresser was attentive to my requests and did a wonderful job.

Unclear communication and no offer to rectify
I had asked for a simple trim. I told the person at the counter I only wanted my ends to be a little layered, nothing off the length. She said I could tell that to the hairdresser once I had my consult. After my hair was cut (which took 5 mins) I was told it was $80. The person at the counter said “oh we are a full service salon we do hair wash, cut, and blow dry….are you sure you don’t want that” and I said no because I had somewhere to be. This is the first time I had been to a chatters salon so I did not realize this, or I never would have stopped in. She said “are you sure? Sorry I didn’t realize you only wanted a trim”. I could have also asked how much a trim would cost however, as a customer service worker, I feel this person should have communicated to me that they don’t just do a simple trim when I told her that’s what I was looking to get. She apologized for the miscommunication however, still charged me the full amount without any attempt to rectify what I believe was her mistake and duty. This was a disappointing experience.

Stellar staff and service!
Everything was lovely from beginning to end. I came in on a whim hoping the salon might have time, and they did! From the kind staff member who greeted me and booked me in (whose name I didn’t grab, and I’m sorry) to Ashley, the hairstylist who looked after me. I was so impressed. Ashley did a phenomenal job cutting my hair, and she gave me some great product recommendations as well!
