Went to Chatters for a hair cut, Maria gave me the exact cut and style I wanted, she is a very sweet person and an excellent hair stylist. I am so happy with the cut. This was the first time I went to Chatters and I loved the entire experience

Service was great
Service was great, however when I originally booked I was quoted $61 for the service. When they confirmed my appointment a few days before my cut my price jumped to $79 with a different stylist. I am fine with the idea that stylists may change but it might be worth giving the option when confirming to have a different stylist at the same price.
Also, when I went to pay I also purchased products. I paid by card so the tip was then generated from the final price of the service and the products (which I was then too awkward to do less than the automated tip percentages)

Great from start to finish!
I was able to walk in and book an appointment within an hour which was awesome! Jess did an amazing job and I am obsessed with my haircut! I told her I felt like the real me is back and I meant it! She walked me through the products she was using while styling my hair and I felt like she really listened to me throughout the entire process! I will 100% be back to see her!
