My hair was practically butchered
My hair was practically butchered. My stylist gave me a cut that didn't suit my natural hair or texture leaving me feeling chopped and screwed and unable to style how I like. It's uneven and super bulky in all the wrong spot's

Hello! I had the pleasure of getting my hair coloured and cut by Erin, who was lovely. Erin was very accommodating, sweet, and informative on what the entire process was going to entail. As someone who had never had their hair professionally coloured, I was grateful for Erin and her hair expertise. I went in unaware of what my hair wanted to look like (i.e. how long to cut my curtain bangs), but Erin reassured me whilst offering her opinion and advice which made me feel at ease and very happy with the overall outcome.

Root touch up…
Noah took his time applying the colour to my roots and checked it all over after the application. When is came time to rinse and wash my hair, he gave me a wonderful head and neck massage!

Overpriced for what I had done
Overpriced for what I had done. Literally my hair looks exactly the same for $165. Somewhat unprofessional staff in background. Also zero product used on my hair for styling even though discussed before-hand… walked out with flat lifeless dull hair, the same colour. Wont be returning.

Walk In…..first time customer
Maria was fabulous…..fun to chat with, extremely experienced Stylist. Gave me the perfect hair cut for my hair type. I am very very pleased. I was a walk in, first time there. I will come back.

Was okay
Was okay, no scalp message during wash. Also didn't double shampoo, left conditioner on for maybe 1 minute. No style at end of service just basic blow dry. For 70$ after tax I feel like a style should be included.

There is guy who did my hair he doesn’t even know how to wash the hair, I don’t know how he get hired ? Being hairstylist requires to be professional to satisfy customers needs. I won’t recommend this place to anyone it’s just wast of money. It was my first and last experience

My stylist Maria was ready for me with no waiting on my part, the salon was clean, and she did a great job as usual. Very happy with the haircut…and certainly will be booking again.
