Hairstylist Drew was a temporary foreign worker who worked at our local Chatters absolutely amazing Hairdresser, who was absolutely wonderful with my lady who was nonverbal and had a multitude of mental disabilities we need more individuals like him. He was denied permanent residency here, so we are sad that he’s no longer in the country.

I booked with Stephanie hoping to achieve ash white blonde face-framing highlights while keeping a dark brown low light over the rest of my warm summer, sun-bleached brown hair. I was worried my thin hair wouldn’t take to lightening, but Stephanie immediately put me at ease. She asked thoughtful questions, showed me color options, and really listened to what I wanted. She 1000% understood the assignment.

Stephanie’s expertise with my hair type and texture was evident from start to finish. The end result surpassed my expectations—bright, cool ash tones in the face-framing highlights, with rich, natural-looking low lights that add depth without weighing down my hair. My hair feels healthier and looks absolutely stunning.

I’ve been going to Giulianna forever and she is the absolute BEST. Not only is she amazing with blondes, but she understands textured and curly hair like no one else. I have super curly hair and most stylists struggle to work with it, but she’s the only person who always gives me exactly what I want. My blonde always turns out beautiful, healthy, and soft, and she truly knows how to tame curls without sacrificing texture. I can’t recommend her enough, she’s literally so talented, detail-oriented, and consistently delivers results that are better than I imagined. Was probably the worst haircut I've ever received, especially since it was not even from one side to the other.
The staff were very nice and understanding when I went back, and got another stylist to even it out for free, however it was still very choppy.
I understand some staff are newer and are still learning, but I don't think that is worth $60 plus and a bad haircut.

I got my haircut from chatters by Humara, and she did an excellent job! She was professional, friendly, and really understood what I wanted. I’m so happy with the result—highly recommend her!

I went in there with a photo (11 actually) of EXACTLLY how I wear my hair. I showed the stylist what color I wanted and showed her what I DID NOT WANT, from a BAD experience with a prior stylist (Not Chatters) before - who didn't listen to my request. I showed her EXACTLY the BLONDE I wanted. The end result was no where near what I asked for. She said "how do you like it" I replied "Not as blonde as I had hoped for" her response "Well, its my first time doing your hair" OH WELL THATS GREAT! Let me be your little experiment! I was too polite, gave her a good tip which I totally regret and came home and sent photos to my friends and told them what I paid and showed them what I got. ALL Horrified. And now I am going back to my regular Hairdresser (who was not well) and will have to PAY AGAIN to have him correct this error from a Junior hairdresser who doesn't even know how to texturize hair properly! Cutting hair at the bottom (making it shorter) is NOT texturizing it! I spoke to my AWARD WINNING Stylist and he was absolutely dumfounded when I told him how she texturized my hair! The color was NO WHERE near the BRIGHT BLONDE I requested! It was all one color almost, with virtually no definition of two tones of highlights as I had requested! EXTREMLY Disappointed! I was TOO POLITE TO TELL HER WHAT A TERRIBLE JOB SHE DID !

I recently visited Chatters Shaire Salon for what I thought would be a simple haircut — just a straight cut and butterfly bangs. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. I was directed to a stylist who, as I later learned, was fairly new. She didn’t seem to understand what I wanted, even after I explained and showed references.

The entire cut was done using just one pair of scissors — no layering shears, no texturizing tools — and despite my polite request for a bit of movement or texture (“comb sessions” as some stylists call them), she said that would all be done after the blow dry. However, after blow-drying, she simply said it was finished.

What I received was neither a straight cut (the ends are visibly uneven) nor proper butterfly bangs — they look nothing like what they’re supposed to. To make things worse, the price was surprisingly high for such a basic and unsatisfactory result.

I left feeling frustrated and regretful that I trusted the process. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to Chatters. I expected at least a standard professional outcome for the price I paid, but this was far from it.

Clearly explained that I wanted my hair to be shoulders length with some layers. What I got is hair cut 2 inches above my shoulders. The manager was there. I paid Ashley for a colour , which is fine but the cut, again paid for,is terrible. Stoneroad Mall location
*Edit* Yes, you as the manager was there when the young man rung me through, I was visibly distraught not discontent, you said to me your hair looks crisp. Please dont worry about getting back in touch with me as your DM, who is quite a lovely person spoke to me and was very kind and professional.
