Absolutely disgusting service!

Awful awful service.
Not cheaper than anyone else.
Use the same terrible rubbish collecting companies.
Ignore requests for site clearance and more regular collections.

Any positive reviews you read here they are not genuine they have hired a company to push down the massive amount of reviews about their disgusting and dishonest service they fail to provide do no fall for their fake reviews they are not genuine
Save your time and money and the stress of dealing with these people

Had the misfortune to deal with this company the biggest bunch of sheisters I have ever met they made up fake weights collected failed to collect and invoiced us falsely every month.
The service you receive is woeful and they will intimidate small businesses until they get your final.
Do not sign a contract they will bankrupt you rather than admit they create more sh#t than they remove.

if I could give this company less than 1 star I would. Everything is an absolute shambles with them. FINALLY terminated my contract and was met with £180 collection fee for 1 bin bag and 1lt sharps container. TINY!! When asked if I can remove myself they said no. Ridiculous company. Don't waste your time.

I am deeply disappointed with the abysmal customer service provided by Daran, a representative of CheaperWaste Ltd. Despite clearly informing them on two occasions that my business has been closed for over a month and the shop has been shut down, they have consistently failed to close my account and retrieve the waste bin they provided. It is incredibly frustrating that they have completely disregarded my situation and refused to escalate my concerns to a manager.

Having been a loyal customer of CheaperWaste Ltd for the past two years, I expected professionalism and care. Unfortunately, Daran's conduct has been nothing short of unprofessional and insensitive. Instead of offering assistance during a difficult period of my life, they have added unnecessary stress and inconvenience.

Despite my repeated requests to speak with a manager, Daran has ignored my pleas for help. This lack of empathy and refusal to address the issue is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the reputation of CheaperWaste Ltd as a customer-oriented company.

I implore CheaperWaste Ltd to rectify this situation immediately. The closure of my account and retrieval of the waste bin should have been a simple process. I also request a prompt response to this complaint, along with an explanation for the poor conduct exhibited by Daran.

If this matter is not resolved satisfactorily within a reasonable timeframe, I will have to escalate my complaint to relevant consumer protection agencies and share my negative experience on various online platforms. It is in CheaperWaste Ltd's best interest to address this issue promptly and improve customer service significantly.

I had trusted CheaperWaste Ltd for the past two years, and their failure to provide adequate customer service during a challenging period has shattered that trust. I hope they take this feedback seriously and take immediate steps to prevent such instances of poor customer service from occurring in the future.

Sent us bins without any knowledge we pleaded and stated no one took out your service. bins where left outside our premises for 1 year and gave us an invoice terrible service then they sent baliff to collect money in the end had to go to court and get money back in the end we one stay away from this scam waste management company

Didn't turn up in weeks and kept taking payment. I canceled direct debit then 1 year later a bailiff turns up with a total of £1800.00 to pick up or repossession of my goods. This company steals your money without providing a service. I will take this to the courts. Avoid!!

So after 2 years of being in contract with this terrible company or their other name Cheaper waste, i sent a letter start of march to cancel and verbally over the phone to now be told im auto enrolled on another 2 yr contract and i have to pay over £400 to leave, after 5 missed collections last year i dont thinks so. Please be warned people. Contact waste companies direct like Biffa etc to get a better price than these cowboys, I have to now spend money to fight this legally apparantly.

Avoid this company signed us up without permission and sent Baliff to collect bill. We took them to court and won. Avoid these cowboys if any one need any information I am happy to provide

Utter scam, just read the google and TrustPilot Reviews. CheaperWaste is the biggest scam on earth.

Where is the sense of offering someone a 1100l bin and 70kg allowance?

Consider buying yourself Ford Mustang GT with a 1.2-liter engine. That is their offer. Sounds like a scam.

You also forget to mention the surcharge for an overweight bin (that's where they make their money).

They had to rebrand to Waste managed they needed to escape the consequences from their unfair ways and now I’m having to deal with consequences caused by con artists. During my membership I paid over 1000 pounds to them over the 3 years I didn’t get any collections must have been 5 times this totals to around 110 for the service. Why would I now need to pay 500 now to leave a contract? I didn’t stop payments through covid I was having mental health issues aswell as a lot of uncertainty of when my shop could reopen? I’m demanding all my money back at this point, I didn’t want to escalate anything but now they’ve escalated it to court for what? I said what I’ve paid equates to your termination fee. Their services weren’t ever received but I still paid and didn’t want no issues. You bunch of thieves. I only pay 8 per month with a trustworthy company now and I wish I had stayed away from you your Google ads made it seem as if you’re the top choice. Clearly NOT. Everyone caught on and now you’re waste managed. Far from all you manage to do is STEAL

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, I have completed my 2 year contract, they have asked for a cancellation fee of £415.00 or otherwise your contract runs for another 2 years, i am now dealing with my solicitor, its time we stand up to these money grabbing companies, i will have my day in court ...KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY....
