This company if i can offer any advice they are the lowest of the low do not get involved with these scammers con artists we just received a 2000 county court judgement due to there lies .We had bins not collected for 2 months and this is what you get do not get involved

Very rude, told me the price is fixed on the phone then changed it one month after the contract started. changed the name to waste management maybe because of so many bad reveiws or complaints

Good customer service.
I only deal with the accounts, so not sure about collections etc.
But I have had a pleasant experience with Kerry.
She explained all different contracts & charges to me.
Giving us time to look at all different options & she called back as agreed.

Dealt with Tyler. Excellent customer service. Called when he said he would and resolved my issue.

Scam of a company, they rebrand every so often but it is the same scam company. They will leave you with a bin and will not collect it or allow you to cancel your contract.
Then they will try to prosecute you.

I have had issues for many months as Biffa have been charging excess weights as the size of the bin was incorrect.
Customer services kept telling me it was sorted but I was fortunate enough to speak to Kerry Morrin before Christmas and she has sorted it out for me.

Stay well clear ripped me off when I cancelled my contract a month before it was due to end missed loads of collections

Good customer service. Had a few missed collection from Biffa, called in customer service and Kerry was very helpful. Had a recovery collection on the same day.

we kept their bins in our yard as last summer we put them just out side the gate and was fined by them for food waste (not ours) £90 then they did not pick up on the day that they said and i still had to pay and the last
straw was the gate was closed and they did not come to office to get it open the driver just made a photo of the gate and drove off before we had time to stop him DO NOT SIGN WITH THIS COMPANY ITS not good for your heart :(

THIS COMPANY ARE A SCAM , they over charge don’t collect bins then continue your contract when it has been cancelled then raise a ccj against you even though you paid a finial bill !!

I have just attended court and represented myself again this company .. took 5 minuets for the judge to conclude they were in breach of contract I won the case.. I urge you all not to pay and challenge them in court their legal team is as useless as there bins collections.

Cheaper waste / waste managed ! Absolutely useless companies DON’T be fooled by there cheap prices as they don’t tell you about ALL the hidden prices that will occur once you’ve signed on the dotted line! I was miss sold this contract that I could not exit. Weight limit extra, membership fees extra, bin rental extra, landfill tax extra, and there’s more!! Missed collections just to add to the insult and no apologies or refunds. MAKE SURE YOU READ THE SMALL PRINT BEFORE COMMITTING TO THIS CON!

Please avoid at all cost.
You could list 100s of reason not to use this company.
First reason they are the only bin company in the world that charge you for not picking up rubbish.
Then you get a invoice for a collection with overweight charges.
Then you get to sit on the phone for 2 hours waiting to be told a load of bull.
This company are as good as a chocolate tpot

Don't ever use. They are not a good company. They don't collect on time and take whatever money they please. One thing I can do is stop people using them. They will rip you off please please don't use.

The biggest scammers going!

Trying to get me a ccj for there none collections! They refused to check my bin when I asked why it was full of Decembers rubbish in April (during a kick down from almost 2 years ago now) it hadn’t been emptied AT ALL!!

Rude on the fone, arrgumentative, it’s all designed to make you that frustrated you cancel (which u are entitled to do if they are in breech, they were in breech not just over none collections but also give me a totally pointless transfer note with error upon error in it)

Not one person checked any proof I had just took the full bin of December 2020s waste in May.

I can’t wait to go to court and WIN them which I know I will after the best legal advise!

Seek help if they are trying to do the same to you.

Do not set a business up that doesn’t meet the service you say your going to provide to then just try an hit them with an early termination fee.

I owed nothing they owe me for at very least 4 months none collections plus’s months before of none collections which they knew and agreed didn’t take place.

When I win and I will win who ever owns this bulling disgraceful company shoukd feel ashamed.

I’ve been bombarded with Solictors letter court letter whist my little boy was having major surgery leaving him in a wheelchair. They knew this and of his disability having complex and axcessive negative effects on my own mental health an still bombarded me.

How do u sleep at night? Like really?

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
They don't attend then when you can actually get hold of them they make up excuses and say they will send credits and refunds but they never do. They say they couldn't ring you as the phone wouldn't connect? We have a ten line switchboard but they couldn't connect in 3 months? They add erroneous charges and say you're over weight even when they didn't actually collect (They only collected ONCE). They still owe us money but are suing us for not paying for no collections and a termination fee. See you in court you scammers!!

Cheap company, bullied, overcharged, rude, never picked up my bin after the initial two pick up, after that always excuse our driver can not get to your bin because of parked cars, but other shop along my road have never had problem with picking up of their bin with other waste collection companies, lire cheat arrogant staff, bully and rubbery.

Absolutely AWFUL company! They never collected my bins was extremely rare. I asked them to stop collecting as was moving premises and no longer needed their service. Roll on two years and I have a high enforcement order for £1100!!!!! So they’re trying to tel me they’ve been collecting no rubbish for two years and are now charging me. I don’t think so, I’m appealing this decision as I’ve only just heard of it because I’ve not been at that place I’ve not had letters! DISGUSTING scamming company AVOID!!!!

This company never emptied our bin for over a year, then when we wanted to dispute any of this they would not return any emails or calls and wanted us to pay them to investigate it. They gave some information on the bin collection but as there were multiple companies keeping bins we asked if it was definitely ours being collected and not someone else's, and they said they were not sure who's bin was there. When we wanted to cancel they sent us a new bin and sent us a bill for £340 which they instructed the debt collectors at the same time. I have tried to contact them to find out what is happening and they refuse to comment, stating it we have taken legal action against you for £340. To top it off the sales team called twice on the same day to ask if we wanted a new bin.
