Avoid like the plague!
Missed collections, additional costs added with no explanations, iffy contract clauses with exorbitant fees, shocking customer service. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

After a mix up with direct debit I was able to sort everything out with no hassle at all. The follow up courtesy call was very much appreciated.

well - received an email and a TX message to say my account has been suspended and is in arrears. No one reply's to my emails ... i'm expected to call them? Under no circumstances will i ring i want everything in black and white thank-you!

A reminder this an account that I decided I did not want to continue with as they mis-sold me the contract term length - I declined to sign the 24 months as was told 12 month over the phone - to then be told they do not do 12 month contracts and to add insult to injury they expect me to pay £350 for the pleasure of their mistake? Never know anything like it....
Also trying to get me to pay £95 for a duty of care waste transfer note..... thats dodgy in itself!

Disgrace of a company commit you on a phone conversation to something you don’t even Sighn for do not speak to them on the phone as they tell you no cooling off period on business to business dealings then take money from your account then generate a 40 % termination fee absolute disgrace of a company avoid at all costs

Fantastic service for Kerry over the last couple of weeks. We had a company issue flagged whilst I was on holiday but with Kerry's help we managed a temporary fix until my return. A follow up from the team was undertaken and all issues resolved swiftly and professionally. Kerry then called today to confirm I was happy with the service received...Top notch, Thanks Kerry and Team

2 years of the worst service ever received in 17 years of business.

Lied to right from the start, constant missed collection. Kept trying to trick me into sign new contracts , over charged, rude and unhelpful customer services. NEVER reply to emails. NEVER actually resolve issues.

Now my contract has finally ended Ive been invoiced with an end of contract fee of £60!!!!!! February 2022 was the last collection I received yet apparently along with all the months I've paid, plus certificate costs I now have to out another £60 for them to do even more sod all!!

Do NOT sign with this company. You will literally be paying for a non existent service. Its literally a con. At least paying money for old rope you get some old rope. With this company you will just get headaches and anxiety!!

If it was the odd month they messed up you can accept errors. This is just a company money grabbing and running away while tying you up in terms & conditions and lies to get you to go with them in the first place.

ALWAYS OVER CHARGE YOU.

Work with them almost a year and 7-8 invoices they charge Huge Amounts in excess charge we challenged every time and got credited.
And at then end when we quited because of their continued overcharging habit theey finally said early termination charges are 1700.

The biggest scammers in the waste industry, no replies on emails or telephone calls. not a single pick up of waste and have billed for over 3 months, making up fake invoices. Then they have the cheek to take it to solicitors and push it for a judgment case, plz whoever has gone through this process. plz contact trading standards.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their customer service staff are rude.

This company is not to be trusted. Our business has gone insolvent and they did not collect and remove bins. We have spent weeks emailing and calling them to resolve and they tell us we owe differing amounts each time. They tell us they will call back to resolve and never do. The bin has still not been emptied and removed even though they know we no longer are at the premises. I am at the end of my tether and do not know what it will take to get them to collect and remove the bin. Legal action? Do not under any circumstance enter into a contract with this company. They are dodgy, their staff is incompetent.

This company agreed a set cost with me, charged me for waste disposal that wasn’t even ours. Then when we refused to pay they took us to court.

Terrible and aggressive company. Avoid at all costs.
Near impossible to find any customer service and if you do good luck actually getting them to listen. They charge for excess weight when bins are half empty and collections were anything but regular. When you cancel the contract they send in solicitors instead and continue to add costs. Scumbags pure and simple.

Please avoid like the plague!! Please also avoid their other company Waste Managed ran by the same people! In all our years of business ownership we have never come across a company like this. Scammers! It was four months before we had a collection, we had to pay another company to complete a one off collection. None collections were a regular occurrence and then they charge excess weight! Changed supplier without informing us and getting us to sign a new Waste Transfer Note, illegal! Charge you extortionate termination fee when they have not supplied an acceptable level of service. Illegal contract performance on many levels. It would appear they are taking many of their unhappy customers to court. If you are unfortunate to have signed up with these scammers please look up the facebook group for unhappy customers.

They don't even deserve 1 star! They tie you into a one way contract, they are expensive and you cannot get any response from emails as all emails are no reply! This company needs investigating. I cancelled my contract which ended on the 8th July. They charged me for a full month with the overpay to be credited to my account...this was apparently the only way they could do it! I am now still waiting for the credit. This is their response after live chat where I was told it would be sorted straight away. Then a phone call to them where again she would do her best to sort the credit:

Always Over charge and sometime revers the excess amount.
Absolute zero customer services because there are no records to lie so they can not come back with answer.
Go with forge direct instead of cheaper waste

Do not use, unethical company who does not fulfill their contract. See Google reviews how on earth trustpilot gets these high reviews is beyond me

Watch out, if you have signed a contract with these scammers, they will autonrenew it 6 months before it ends, tieing you in for another 2 years AND THEY WON'T INFORM YOU. Its in the contract that they will do this. Avoid these people at all costs
