False promises, misleading, no communication
After spending $132 on what was meant to be a gift for a party in a weeks time, no word at all from them. No delivery details, no tracking number, no communication. They promise speedy delivery which was a draw card- this is blatantly false. I have emailed to request an update, no reply yet. I will request a refund if they cannot deliver asap. Don't waste your time and money with this company. I'm frankly dubious that a refund will be easy given the already multiple falsehoods they advertise. Wasted my time and ruined plans for a fab present.
Will happily update this review if there is a good outcome.
