I will never book with you people…
I will never book with you people again. We found out AFTER we had made the bookings that all the costs were automatically converted into US dollars, therefore costing us much more than we could afford, and when we tried to cancel the bookings we had to ring overseas numbers with absolutely no response, and were ignored, emailed saying nothing we could do would work, and not to try any more.
I am amazed at Air NZ even having CheapOAir on their books. I have been since told that this airline causes trouble for customers at least once a week. Shame on you.

I was very happy that we got such a god…
I was very happy that we got such a god price which was $800 cheaper than booking through the airline directly.
My concern was that after querying available flights, When I went back to book 5 hours later the options were not displayed. About 30 minutes later a different and better option appeared which I took.
We are very happy.

Not so cheap
Saw that the cheapest flight to Wellington fromTauranga around the time we wanted to fly was $69. Filled in all the details and attempted to book using my VISA card. It was refused, as despite being in my name, the previous booking was done on husband's VISA card. Quickly located that and continued with the booking. Finished and behold! The flight was now $107. Needless to say we cancelled.
