I thought the price advertised was real price to pay didn’t realized we have to pay seats as well and you cant refuse to decline payment for seats as it won’t process for ticket itself, you will end up paying more what a trick!

However, you'll need to check non-mandatory fees such as seat selection, baggage and meals before you book your flight with your chosen airline or travel agent.

I have used cheap flights in the past n…
I have used cheap flights in the past n have never had a problem but this time I was truly disappointed. I booked the flights in NZ dollars on purpose so I would get a receipt in the same currency but when I received the invoice it was in US $. At the time I questioned this but did not get a satisfactory answer. The e.ticket took over a week to come through even though the money went out of our bank very quickly. This was a concern as we did not know if we were even going to get our tickets.We have just got into Hong Kong to find that our flight was cancelled to Manila. We are now on a later flight which does not suit us as we are attending a conference n will be missing the first day of it.. No one from the airline or cheap flights bothered to advisor us of the change. I have gone back through my emails n I definitely had not been advised.
I am truly disappointed n after this trip will probably never use cheap flights again or fly with Cathay Pacific.
I have had no apology or compensation from both cheap flights or Cathay Pacific.

Tired to change return flight customer…
Tired to change return flight customer service difficult to understand, the secure payment system was down was supposed to be transferred to another person and was returned to beginning so after 28 minutes gave up and was forced to buy a new ticket.
Was very disappointment in the service
