Very misleading adverts
You search their website and get lured into calling them to book a ticket.
The price is nowhere near what is advertised online.
Advertised on their website £441, they wanted to charge £699. Booked the same flight elsewhere for £549.

Frustrating
Frustrating. Stressful. Constant hustling to hurry up as flights couldn't be held, last 2 tickets... and then just as about to complete payment a message saying the airline has just raised the fare. Exactly the same happened with Opodo. Went with Air France directly and it was stress-free.

Not real agents
We sat for more than 4days continously to book our flights and after wasting a lot of time in searching at the last step of payment they didnot confirm our booking and send error message we tried many times with many agents and no benifit. Please find a solution for us.
