If there was a minus scale it would be -10 stars! I paid for luggage $160 one way and it wasn’t honoured. I paid for insurance , which I found out the hard way was a third party company- fraud and covered nothing! I will never ever book through cheapo air again!

We show that you were charged for baggage on WestJet, if they did not honor that you will need to take that up with them. As for the insurance, you wanted to change the dates, insurance does not cover a change of dates, it is for medical emergencies, death, delayed flights and bags. we provided you with the insurance PDF for coverage for your review, and you had 10 days from the purchase date to get a refund of the insurance if it was not want you were looking for. Very sorry for your inconvenience.
Sales call from Cheap O Air after the purchase.
Someone called saying they were from Cheap O Air asking to put a charge got $51 on my credit card. They were not clear about the purpose of the call untill the end telling me that it was a necessary charge to cover administration charges for my trip. I was not pleased.
