Sharon Williams was a fantastic help with booking a last minute flight due to airport closures. I had connecting flights to catch and she managed to get me the flight I needed even though I had looked online myself and couldn’t find one seat. I am so happy she managed to find it for me as it would have cost me a lot of money to change my connecting flights. She was very helpful on the phone and took the stress away and ensured me she could manage my flights at ease. Very happy with her help.

Zander was very professional…
Zander was very professional and excellent to deal with. I’ve had recent bad experiences with travel agents so I was quite skeptical but he was very reassuring and professional in the end. Tyler Finn. Absolute legend and sooooooooooo helpful. It was extremely refreshing to see he went put of his way and above and beyond to assist me. I was about to hang up the call but he stopped me and said he will help me out and assured me not to worry. Great value
Great value, but the booking experience was tiresome. To compare, I booked one portion of my trip with Cheapoflyt and one portion with Delta. It took 3 clicks to book with Delta and much longer with Cheapoflyt. I was asked repeatedly to answer yes or no for additional services that I didn't want or require and scrolling through each page took time.

Scam
Scam. They publish a great price but when you try to buy without adding any extras, on 6 occasions over 2 weeks of trying it always failed. I tried 3 cards, I contacted my banks and they confirmed that
Bank: I have checked your account and I see that there is no restriction preventing you from transacting with the card.
I also don't see any declined transactions on the card.
This indicates there may be a problem with the method you are trying to complete the payment i.e. website issues.
I sent this to both the online and eva @cheapoflyt.com email address but never receive a response. Clearly they are only interested in attracting customers to their page with the home they will buy add ons, if not they blame the bank. Poor Service.
Update 29 Sep after reading Cheapoflyt's reponse:
At the request of Cheaoflyt, the multiple bookings I tried included confirmaiton numbers: COFAU67956911 (the latest) COFAU67956875, COFAU67956793. There were others but these are the latest three occasions.
I received a response from Eva telling me the fare is no longer available for that price and quoted me a price of 2289.00 (some $360 higher). I decided to check if the price was updated on your website but low and behold, its still showing the oringal price. This is fare baiting is illegal practice in Australia. After a quick google search I see I am not the first person to raise this illegal practice employed by your company.
With this all said, I would appreciate being put in contact with your legal team as well as be able to purchase the two tickets at the price that is published on your website: (I sent screenshots to Eva to confirm what is currently published).
