This is the company I TRUST !
I was very surprised how good there service is.

Bad Experience
Tonight I booked a multi city trip for the wife and I and received a confirmation number after purchasing all the flights. An hour later I get a call from them saying the ticket didn't get purchased because ticket prices changed. They wanted me to pay much more or they would release my seats they were "holding for me". I asked why I should pay the difference after I've already agreed to their prices and paid. I ended up canceling because the experience just felt wrong and the representative was only repeating the same line over and over about how he would give up the seats if I didn't pay. I looked at the airline's website and the price was lower than what he was demanding. I used Google flights to find this but not sure why I didn't get linked to the airline directly. When booking these multi city trips you have to plan just a bit more. Needless to say, this was huge setback.

Predatory business model
1. Majority of reviews here are fake
2. Although the website shows a good price. This price will not be processed and the company's agent will advise that you will need to pay an additional amount (because the airline only had flexible seats left).
3. I called the airline and confirmed that this was not the case.

when we tried to book flights
when we tried to book flights, after payment it got declined. we called the cheap flights, picked up by Kelly Jones, she was awesome while attending. She told that the price of flights gone high thats why it got declined, we explained her that this was the same situation before, she politely handled the situation and gave us tickets at same rate which we booked. I would say Kelly is best.
