I booked for air tickets from Singapore to Sydney. I have some issues on my SQ tickets as the ticket is not issued . My Scoot ticket is issued but I had some luggage issue. When I tried contacting Cheap Tickets, it was quite hard to get someone online. I had to wait. In the end, I was advised to contact the airlines on my own. I managed to get Scoot and resolved the matter but my SQ flight is still not confirmed. It can be overwhelming.

Very very unethical business. Be careful when booking through them. They do not charge cancellation for cancelling any flight tickets that have yet to be issued but instead charge you an est. USD100 for any changes to each ticket marked as "ADMINISTRATIVE FEE", don't book unless you are definitely going to take the flight and not making changes. Doesn't matter whether or not it has or has not been issued, they offer no recourse. After your tickets have been cancelled, there is no way to also contact them as the booking number will no longer be in the system. Hotline to call is also not able to be reached at all.

This website has a SG domain. It is the antithesis of Singapore. This is probably the worse thing that has ever come out of Singapore. In fact this is probably not a legit SG business.

Buy ticket from this agent if you can take your own risk. Their customer support is horrible if you have any support you need with flight ticket.
I have flight schedule disappeared from original flight time. I had no other option but have to buy new ticket as there was no other flight schedule to choose from later than my original flight timing. I dont have a problem with flight schedule change or I have to buy new ticket . They informed that I can choose to ask refund or change new flight time . I have asked for refund and they have processed my refund. After that replied me with invalid reasons, said that I used the ticket and asked me to get evidence from airline . After serveral time I communicated with the airline and have showed the proof that I did not use the ticket , they informed that flight schedule did not change.
There are many agents will handle your problem case and you will be receiving inconsistent information. And your problem case goes nowhere and stuck.
They will ask to contact airline and airline will ask to contact agent . It will be dead-end and your issue will get stuck . This is the first time ever experience I have to write bad review in my life.
I am 70 years old, and selected this flight from Skyscanner. I specifically chose a NON self-transfer flight, and purchased the flight, although it was more expensive than other self-transfer options. I am now advised on the website, that I will have to self-transfer in Bali, in 1 hr 55 mins. Cheaptickets have also added THEIR contact details, rather than mine, so the airline has no way of getting in touch with me. I am extremely unhappy and will NOT trust Cheaptickets.sg again for my travel.
It was fair deal I got my ticket tho it took two days to send me.

I wish I can give negative rating to them. They are not helpful. Their ph no doesn't work. They never reply to your email. They are not available on sat and Sunday. There agents are available on chat but most of them are useless.

We bought a ticket from Singapore to Shanghai and then to yantai, but the exchange time between the yantai to Shanghai and Shanghai to Singapore while going back was very short and not enough time to change, and there is a senior family member travelling with us and cannot walk very well, hence we talked to the agent about pushing the flight back, but he didn't let us change, and after a long time of arguing he agreed to push back our flights but with the cost was higher than buying a new flight ticket. At last he gave us the address of the office of the airline we got and told us to settle it there. Overall, the service was bad, the agent's responsiveness is very low as I waited very long for a reply while being number one on the queue, even though we contacted the person through phone calls and messages, he did not solve the problem and at last pushed everything to the airlines office. Don't make the same mistake of buying from this website as if you want to cancel or change your booking it would be a big hassle.
