First of all, the price is very competitivity. My flight is return way from SG to Hat Yai (Scoot), received e-ticket (cheaptickets.sg) including booking ID and check in ID.
I had search in Scoot, unable to confirm my ticket validity from booking ID and check in ID provided. Thus I strongly feel insecure. I could not sure whether my ticket is confirmed in Scoot.

Frauds.
Advertised some tickets, then when filling in information says that the fare is held for 20min, even got a countdown timer. Opened an incognito tab, saw my itinerary had gone up in price.
Tried to complete this "held" booking but the last step (payment page) constantly fails. Asks you to reload or restart search. Yeah, convenient for them. I call this fraudulent.
Wanted to start a chat, but needed to create an account. Get this, they can't send me a verification email within the 10min I had left in my booking window to login and start a chat. Frauds.

Booking process very smooth and easy to complete. And pleasant experience, no hidden charges or other gimmicks during the booking process. Very good. I will use this platform or provider again.

I have been using Cheap tickets for over 10 maybe 15 years and they were awesome. Suddenly I changed careers and now I’m in hotels almost every day in the past three months I trusted that Cheap tickets would take care of me while I’m out here on the road, but since I’ve been out here three times I have been charged double once and I have been charged for a room in the city that I have not even been staying in from Cheap tickets but then you go and call customer service and they cannot help you even though you have an itinerary number and information about the reservation. I am out here on the road staying in hotels almost every night. I cannot afford to be spending 7880 and $90 in a hotel then I’m not in while I’m sleeping in a hotel for $40. It is unfair to me. It is hard for people to make a living out here and to have money stolen from you and have to wait 90 days for your bank to investigate it is bullshit. !

Update: Cheaptickets.sg contacted me via mail and called me to assist and successfully linked my account.
My Krisflyer account was not linked to my purchase as I requested. I even submitted a form on cheaptickets.sg via contact us page but no one got back to me.

DAY 139 – STILL NO REFUND. STILL NO ANSWERS.
Booking No: CSG-6372061
🚨 139 DAYS LATER – NOTHING HAS CHANGED. 🚨
This is a follow-up to my last post on Day 125.
It has now been 139 days since my flight was cancelled — and I have still received no refund, no update, and no accountability.
Your 48-hour response promise? Still a lie.
Your commitment to customer care? Nonexistent.
This isn’t just bad service — this is deliberate and dishonest.
You are not processing refunds.
You are delaying and deflecting, hoping we give up.
You are withholding money that doesn’t belong to you.
Let’s call it what it is: This is theft.
To anyone reading this:
STAY AWAY.
They are not here to help.
They are here to take your money and disappear.
I will continue posting until justice is done.

Get fast response when I request Flight reference number for my record. Thank you.

Worked for me. Ticket was much cheaper than directly purchasing on the airline website.

No spacing in first name doesn’t allow frequent flyer linking of accounts
Not all flight options are available in cheaptickets as compared to other websites
Lastly, customer service officers can’t have resolution due to website limitation
It’s a nightmare

Worst experience ever, dealing with your call agents in India.
They are NOT helpful. They will beat around the bush and keep repeating the same policies like a robot.
One agent give you false promise and then only to be told another agent that it is not valid.
BE WARNED! Do not deal with Cheaptickets.sg for whatever reason. They are NOT from Singapore (.sg) They are all based in India!!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with CheapTickets.sg and the airline regarding a flight booking that I needed to cancel due to medical reasons. Despite providing all the necessary documentation, including a doctor’s certificate, to support my medical emergency, they refused to offer any flexibility or reduction in the cancellation fees.
Not only did they charge cancellation fees that were higher than the price of the ticket itself, but they also refused to offer any exceptions, showing no compassion or basic understanding of the situation. The lack of willingness to help a customer in need—especially in a medical crisis—is appalling.
Their customer service continuously insisted that these fees were “based on flight conditions,” without even considering the humanity of the situation. This is an extremely exploitative and heartless approach that completely disregards the well-being of their customers.
I would not recommend this company to anyone and will be sharing this experience widely, as it’s important for others to understand how CheapTickets.sg treats their customers. Avoid booking with them if you expect any real customer support or fair
