KEEP AWAY & DONT BOTHER

Ordered in July, nothing arrived. Emailed constantly without any response. Then contacted on WhatsApp to be told tough & then barred me & removed from Facebook group. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I ordered 400 cigarettes end of…

I ordered 400 cigarettes end of September and no deliveries as of yesterday. Noticed that this has happened to quite a few people and everybody’s accusing Pedro of conning us. I received today a letter from the Border Force saying cigarettes have been seized because import duty not paid. It’s not Pedro it’s our authorities who have cottoned on to this and we should all know we’ve been getting cheap cigarettes. Still a shame though.

Buyer beware its with a heavy heart that I need to write this iv been ordering from Pedro and the cheap tobacco club for over 12 months now with no problems at all so didn't think that this time would be a problem after putting my order through as normal £150 with was for 10 cutters choice insurance and postage that was 22 days ago now and after 4 messages through WhatsApp with no reply I tried to ring through WhatsApp and boy didn't I get a right nasty message back from Pedro basically saying how dare I ring him if he'd answer my message I wouldn't have to ring bur still no update on my tobacco £150 is a lot of money to myself and I'd hate to think that others will go through what is happening right now so all I can say is even though this site is very tempting please think can you afford to loose that money as that's the risk you are taking

Ordered on the 06/10/21

Ordered on the 06/10/21. £153. Nothing turned up and no replies to emails. Finally had a WhatsApp response today 27/10/21. Basically telling me never to contact them again and calling me a dick head for saying I will involve my banks fraud department to recover my lost monies.

Excellent service

Excellent service, I have been ordering for roughly 16 months any small issues resolved without hesitation.

Would highly recommend over any other site.

It's a scam

Just be careful I placed a order with these. 2 months later still haven't received anything. They just keep telling me to wait. Then they've blocked me from contacting any of them £150 lost.
They won't communicate with you at all. They just ignore you.
