I would like to thank everyone I've dealt with regarding purchases and issues with customs.
Firstly can i say i too had issues with orders stuck at heathrow distribution centre, and it took a lifetime to get sorted, but i eventually received an email with instructions regarding £40 off my next 3 orders, i have just received my first package which was half price.
It is what it is regarding customs.

I have had a few deliveries with no issues, genuine product. Always paid up front for insurance just in case of a seizure. So when one got seized I was expecting a replacement, but nothing! communication is awful. they have now removed my log into the website and I cannot find their presence on Facebook. They should be honest, if it's seized no replacement rather than taking money for 'insurance'.

Went well until a package got seized, "insurance" was paid but they just ignored all attempts to contact them and actively delete Facebook messages
I have now been banned from Facebook group for asking when they will honour the Insurance

Why pay insurance when you don’t resend, and all you do is ignore emails, September and still nothing! Bunch of robbin c*nts! All details passed on to border force now!

Sorry,I received something, letter from uk border police my parcel is gone because is illegal send whitout pay the tax, and they take my parcel and my future parcels under control .
Don't waste time an money

Been a member of CCT since October 2020 at first everything was great, now not so good, had two packages seized by boarder control, sent several messages and emails but no reply, paid insurance for my order that should mean if it’s lost, stolen or seized CCT will replace, this hasn’t happened in my case,I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone they don’t honour there own agreement.
