I find it difficult to buy my hubbys favourite , But since I found cheap tobacco I have no problems

I stopped to order from this company. The company has a good price but haven't good communication, business policy. When you has a first problem, they look you a stupid person. I paid them with money for my order and when the custom seized my parcel, they wanted give the refund with vouchers. I explained to them, I need to order more and more parcel and I will loose more and more money because the custom will control my parcels in the future. They repeat and repeat only, they want to help me with vouchers. They look me stupid. I wanted to make a report at proper authorities but after I think other: I won't make a report, better if they loose more and more customers (How they loose the stars from time to time.) They have more and more dissatisfied customer and they will loose more and more money.
I wanted to give them 0 star but unfortunately not may. :-(

In this day and age of prices climbing and stress levels climbing. there are a few things in life you can rely on. one of the is the Cheap Tobacco Club. We appreciate all you do xxxx

My delivery was posted last Wednesday and I opted for recorded delivery
My order was received today (9th May)
I ordered between the 3 bank holidays so delivery was slightly later then usual ,however the parcel arrived well packaged

The communication is absolutely awful and I think most would agree. When you do speak to them, they try and make you look stupid and will never take the blame. Used to order a lot, few months ago seized by customs. I risked ordering knowing that it wouldn't be replaced. They seem to think £150 plus is nothing. Will others order again, when they get an order seized? No, I don't think so either. They need to change their attitude and offer some sort of insurance. Cant see many Brits sticking with the company, as eventually they, like myself will have orders seized. Slap Dash attitude.

Great till there is a problem. They will not refund or send replacements, do not trust these scammers. They will eventually rob you !
