No reply to my (many) refund requests (despite reply that I can request a refund (via Discord) following a massive Youtube Premium account cancellation by Youtube).
Edit: 2026-03-20 I have created ticket on discord month ago. Email weeks ago. Still no refund

I had subscriptions to Netflix and Spotify. Both subs kept failing with the companies detecting that I wasn’t in the originating country.
Back and forth on discord with Marzap many times with the accounts changed several times, until eventually it was taking weeks to get responses after multiple prompts.
Eventually he agreed to refund me as per his policy on his website.
I’m sad to report that months later, not a penny has been received.
Think twice about using Cheapzy. ☹️

Fast and so far so good! Seem very reactive and all sorted with minimal back and forth. Hopefully it lasts the full year but let’s see!

I paid by PayPal and it only took a few hours to finalise everything and 24h later I got my YouTube membership.
They were very handful and friendly. I would recommend!!!

Service was priced really well, took awhile to receive the Yt Prem benefits but thats nothing to discourage waiting less than a day for them to kick in for the price offered. ($58/year) Owner kept in contact and updated when they were available. Great service

Netflix worked for about a month, then stopped working. The remedy to cure the issue worked for one day, then not at all. They promise a fix, but then they stop communicating. They have formed a group accounts and sell people profiles to those accounts. The thing is Netflix checks to see if all profiles are on the same IP...and if they are not, they bounce you. So this will be a constant battle, and you will lose.

Update: After opening 3 tickets, 30 hours later, and playing with their suggested, nonworking solutions for 4 of those hours, they did give me a new log in which is working...after I wrote this review. I can also tell you they responded to my ticket by asking that I update this review. Done.

An extra star added. Stay tuned in case this problem comes back.

3/26/26 update. No futher problems to date. Promised I would raise their status if things worked well. Remember...they read these reviews so if you have a problem, I suggest you write about it here.

All started well - I requested a Spotify Duo account for use by my wife and I.

Payment sent and account set up within a few days, but the country used was Pakistan which does not allowed Podcasts. My account is stuck as Pakistan for a year now.

Cheapzy did provide another account under a different email address WITH Egypt used, but only as Individual premium and now all my listening history is tied to the other account.

A bit of a mess that I feel could have been avoided but I do feel like Cheapzy at least tried to rectify the issue.
