Needs support from more credit cards, but great idea and good customer service

I had an issue with a gift card and reached out to the Cheddar support team. They were incredibly helpful and resolved my query quickly by arranging a refund. Their communication was friendly and professional throughout the process. I'm impressed with their excellent customer service and highly recommend Cheddar.

I enjoy using the Cheddar app, and it has made earning cash-back so simple. Recently, I had an issue where I was locked out of my account and needed my rewards transferred to a new one. The Customer Care representative was helpful in closing my old account (since only one is allowed) and swiftly transferred my rewards. They handled my request efficiently and professionally.

This is an app I’d highly recommend—its interface is easy to understand, and it has helped me get the most out of my shopping.

I have nothing bad to say about Cheddar, they save me lots money and I really like their app as it's very easy to use. I love the overview screen of all my bank accounts and it make it very easy to track the gift cards I have bought in the wallet section. I mostly use it for supermarket cashback which works very well. When I request payouts of the cashback I have earned it comes through instantly which I really appreciate. They also have very friendly and helpful customer service. I highly recommend Cheddar!

Got a refund very quicker to a code not working. Mustafa was very helpful and polite

I've been using the Cheddar App for a while now to buy gift cards to save on purchases from various high street retailers.
The app works really if ever I've had any issues support have always been quick to respond and resolve the issue.

Too slow in responding to queries. Took £58 to buy voucher for Sainsburys. Delivery failed, voucher has disappeared and they have kept the money.

After having one of orders cancelled by another company. The support staff at cheddar were able to resolve this and get me a full refund

I wanted to buy a gift card and also claim my £5 welcome bonus.
However I can't get any further than verifying my ID which I did by emailing my driving licence.
Still not verified after 2 days and the offer expires tomorrow.
Maybe make it clear that you need to be verified before cashback can be paid.

The best app to get the best Cashback for each purchase. The costumer support is second to none. The app is easy to use , with a big variety of brands working with it.
I highly recommend it. Even better returns than if you’d be a AMEX big spender.

So far, I’ve had an amazing experience with Cheddar. Just by taking 2 mins to buy a gift card (to purchase items) rather than using my debit card, I’ve made £38 cashback (in 4 weeks). Plus you can often use the gift card on other cashback sites, doubling and sometimes tripling the %.

It's a nice feature to have when everything gets more expensive!

I have been using the Cheddar gift card cashback app daily and absolutely love it! Recently, I accidentally purchased a gift card with a different function than I intended. When I reached out to customer service, I was prepared for the worst since the vendor normally doesn't issue refunds.

To my surprise, Mustafa at the customer service team went beyond his means: He kept me posted with the process, liaised with the vendor, and ultimately managed to secure a refund for me, which I least expected!

I am really impressed with the care and follow-through Mustafa provided. Clearly, Cheddar believes in customer satisfaction and will take that extra step when necessary. The app is great, easy to use, and has become a part of my daily routine.

I use Cheddar a lot and it is really great!

A very useful, user friendly Cashback app. After your billing, the process of purchasing and activating the gift card is very simple and straight forward.
A few participating stores have minimum limit, rest all have good percentage of Cashback; which over a period of time adds up to a significant amount from our daily purchases.
