I had very good experience in booking tickets with cheers travels , though air India gave us a hard time with changing schedules every now and then ,cheers travel responded promptly , supported us well , I am still to board in to flights so far cheers did well. I got good service from staff like Christina and Bill . Both are reliable and efficient.

I had a mixed experience with Cheers Travel. I will not name the 1st person I was dealing with that was handling my case but was very poor/frustrating.
Then was dealing with Christina that was very helpful and helped resolve my issue.

Clicked for the best price, then propcessed the ticket only to be told that the flight was no longer avaialble. Advised to ring to confirm booking and then told price raised. They sent through the link and I would have been better off directly with Air NZ.
