Emma gave me a call as soon as my flight payment declined due to no seat availability and worked hard to give me a suitable alternative as close as possible to the budget I had, which helped alleviate the stress.

I only got half way through my booking and stopped. I received a call from Tanya at to ask why I didn't complete my booking. Once I explained why she was very helpful and assisted with my booking and sent me the booking and I booked and payed on the spot. If it was not for the amazing customer service from Tanya I would not have made the booking. Excellent service.

After many unsuccesful attempets to contact our original airline we had to book a new flight. We made a booking using Cheerstravel but it was declined. Cheerstravel then themselef immediatley contacted us! This was unseen for us and a very welcome change of things. We were helped by a very patient, kind and helpfull person named Becky. She came up with multiple flights and sugested them to us. Only when we were satisfied she procced with the booking and made the best possible arrangement for us. Even when there were some problems with the payment she remaind calm and friendly and was more than willing to find a sollution. Overal it was a fantastic example of who a customer service should be. She made it possible for us to have a flight home! This all during the current difficult international situation (US-Iran).
