There's a huge choice of flavours for DIYers, all at a great price. The delivery is very fast and the inclusion of the squirty tops and lids is very much appreciated!

I'm a little disappointed that Chefs Flavours isn't set up to ship to Germany, as the order I made was caught up in customs, meaning that I need to spend time going across town to pick it up just to pay the customs fee.

The selection and prices are great, but I can't recommend anyone from Germany orders from Chefs Flavours until they are set up to pre-collect import duties or set up the paperwork in a way that doesn't require you to go in person to the customs office to pay additional duties and collect your package.

Edit: I was charged roughly 2.5x the cost of the order in import tax (45GBP order, plus 120 EUR in import tax), as this was considered a "tobacco/e-cigarette product" after the tax office looked at Chefs Flavours website, despite only ordering flavor concentrates. This is not Chefs Flavours fault, but I really don't recommend anyone from Germany to order and import.

Tickle me pink is the best aroma I've tried so far in my life. I've been using it for about 5-6 years, but I can't get tired of it. Unfortunately, it is no longer sold in Hungary, so I am forced to order it from England.

Two years ago, when I received the newsletter that Chefs Flavours was closing, I bought all the existing pieces in Hungary. I was happy when the webshop reopened and you can order to Budapest. I have the feeling that they diluted the aroma, because in the past 10% was enough for the base, but now you need 20% to achieve the old taste.

I write this being a long time customer who remembers before they where brought out by dark star. I don't think the selection is as good as it once was and the prices have definitely gone up. If ordering on mobile it is a pain as everytime you add something to basket it takes you back to page one of your search which is rather annoying if like me you like to scroll through and get ideas as you go. Also back in the day you would get the little droppers on bottles as standard, then dark star started doing them separate which while a bit annoying was workable. Now you don't even get the dropper nozzles included. Think it's time for me to start looking elsewhere.
