Fantastic service! We had our furniture removed and put into storage whilst we completed renovation work at home. The team were professional, efficient, careful, very considerate putting down floor and door covers and with removing and packing our furniture into the storage crates on to the lorry. We had Nick and Wayne deliver our furniture back home on the 31 January. They were fantastic, outstanding and couldn’t do enough for us putting our dining room table back together and plumbing in our washing machine. I would highly recommend using this company to anyone!!

Great experience with great staff in December 2025. Whole process felt easy from the assessment of the move to the packing and moving day; they not only collected from our flat but also a storage unit and another house saving us a lot of time! Worked with Bill, Tom, Vic, Ritchy and they were great.

We had Nick, Mick, Andrew (Andy), Dave and Connor help us with our move in Chelmsford. They were very professional, polite and good fun, and they made our life so much easier - best money we’ve ever spent! We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a removal company and will definitely use them again in the future!

I have just moved using Chelmsford removals, I was moving 2 homes into 1 over three days, the main move on day 1 was made so much easier with the guys sense of humour, knowing you are on a tight time frame to be clear of the property was made so much less stressful. The team we had Lee, Steve, Mick, Mark, Jaimie, and Kev worked non stop (apart from the obligatory tea and doughnuts) in a calm methodical way. The next two saw them delivering furniture etc from out of storage allowing us time to unpack and arrange our belongings in a stress free way. Nothing we asked was a problem. If ever we move again I wouldn’t hesitate using Chelmsford removals again

What a disappointing shame. Firstly, the lads who loaded up in Chelmsford two of whom moved us were great, very friendly very helpful. However 4 items went missing and did not get to our new address. A cherished concrete bird bath, that my partners now deceased father gave her many years ago. A memory piece lost forever it seems. Two heavy cast iron Dutch Ovens and a 110v Transformer. Four heavy items. Where did they go????? The office follow up of us reporting the missing items was aweful. It did not match the enthusiasm for getting our business. Lack of return calls, lack of any apparent concern for the losses. Not recompence for our losses, which would have been aprrox £200.00. Talk about take your money and run. It cost 5k to move us from Essex to Devon. And we also gave all the men 5 in total a Good tip. The lies bit, well, we were told by the estimator man that, 'we only use our own men, no sub contractors', No a blatent lie, you used some local Devon subcontractors too, so a blatent lie. I wouldnt use the company again.

I have checked the shed and outbuilding throughly for the Third Time, the items missing are not in there.

With regard to the 3 section concrete bird bath, I distincly remember talking to the youngest of your team in Chelmsford in the back garden as he picked up a section and it was not obvious to him what it was, I explained and showed him the three sections of the bird bath. I also remeber telling the lads that the two Dutch Ovens would be sooty. These items would have been some of the last items put on the lorry, so first off. At no time did I see any of the items, however they had opened up the back of the lorry BEFORE we got there on unloading day.

Honestly cant praise and recommend these guys highly enough.... so helpful, friendly amd professional ... made our move so easy... Terry, Michael and Mick make one hell of a great team and i wont hesitate to use them again or tell others about them

All the guys , Terry , Michael and Mick we’re polite friendly helpful courteous and decent , worked swiftly and cleared the house and into our new house before lunch and we are 65 miles from the house we moved from . Would recommend these guys every time for all your moving house needs ! Thanks again guys you done us proud
