Couldn’t recommend more. From the home visit by Tom - who provided lots of great advice to the packing by Vic and Mick and the actual move day with Michael and Terry. The team were all super friendly, efficient and I am very grateful for their hard work.

I couldn't be happier with the removal service I got from Mick and Wayne this weekend. They were friendly, polite and very respectful of my belongings moving them with tremendous care. They worked so hard and got my move done incredibly quickly!

Couldn't recommend East London Removal/Chelmsford Removals enough. James N, Terry, and Tom A were absolute gents from the moment they arrived - really friendly, personable and down to earth guys, which they maintained throughout the day even when they had to go up and down 3 flights of stairs! They ran a very efficient operation, taking really good care with all my possessions. Honestly, they made a stressful day way less stressful, and if I moved again, I would absolutely use these guys. The cherry on the top was Terry recommending the best pubs in the area I just moved to!

After our original removal company cancelled on us, Chelmsford & East London Removals really stepped in and saved the day.

Tom, the surveyor, came round promptly and provided a quote very quickly after the visit, which was really appreciated. The booking process was also simple and stress-free.

A big shoutout to James N, Dean, and Dan P, who made what could have been a very stressful moving day so much easier. They went above and beyond, doing everything we asked and more, which made the whole move run smoothly.

I would highly highly recommend the teams from Southend and Chelmsford removals. Super efficient, professional, friendly and made what could have been a very stressful day a lot easier. That extends from the guys who came and packed up the entire house, to the removal team themselves. They were outstanding particularly as we had to wait a while for the keys and they were still unloading late into the evening. Massive thanks to Andy, Ben, Dan J, Terry and Mick and the two guys who packed up before hand!

The final cost ended up being higher than the original quote. I would have appreciated clearer communication about potential extra charges.

Lee arrived on a day before removal to complete our packing. He was cheerful ,polite and hard working.

Excellent from start to finish. Staff on phone friendly and helpful. Very good survey of the removal. Luke, Andrew and Nick, who attended on completion day were all friendly and got stuck in to the work whilst discussing issues arising. I can't speak highly enough of the driver Luke and Andy, who carried out the removal and delivery. They were fantastic and so hard working. Big thanks to all.

The team were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I'd like to personally thank Richie Graves, Dave Palmer, Nick Palmer, James Nadim Luke Mayo and Andrew Payne for all of their help and consideration throughout. I would definitely recommend using for all of your removal requirements.

We have moved 5 times in 5 years, so we have high standards, but these guys blew us away.
