Easy, quick and professional with friendly staff!

We used the Little Removals Company to help us move from a two bedroom flat to a three bedroom house. The whole experience was fantastic. From the service from Karolina prior to the move right through to the move itself everything was seamless. Highly recommend using them.

Well there does seem to be a split in views on here. All I can say is, the team you did my removals were total experts. The guys were geniuses who had van packing elevated to an art form. It seems that a lot of the complaints rotate around things not being perfect, or going totally smoothly... Its moving house, it's never going to be perfect - although for me it was, for the money they charged it seemed a fair price. And if people panicking about having a few items left over, you can rent a van for 100 quid and pick up the remaining few items yourself without much trouble, or get a little help from a friend. All I can say is my experience was excellent, really enjoyable, I don't regret it at all, 1st time experience using a removals company, 5 stars no problem!

Communication from the head office was clear and concise. They answered all my questions without it feeling like an issue. The removal men arrived at the time stated from the start.
Even though it poured with rain on and off all day, they didn't stop or complain.
They were efficient, polite and had no issue moving some extremely heavy items, including a large printer/scanner from the 3rd floor.
As this was an office more from a regency building, everything about it was awkward, and they dealt with it professionally and without any accidents.
Would highly recommend using them for a house or office move, and will definitely use them in the future.

Great service from The Little Removals Company. Their team turned up promptly and got straight to work, didn't even stop when I came with coffee and biscuits. A great bunch of chaps. Will happily recommend and use again for any future moves.
Don't be fooled into thinking paying more gets you a better removal company. This is my 7th move in almost 30yrs and I've previously used some of the most well know companies in the business, The Little Removals Company were half the cost yet just as efficient and professional.

Numerous moves over years, first time ever used removal company.
From arranging with Karolina to loading and unloading by Jaime and Richard everything went like clockwork.
Even re-stacked our amateur efforts in the storage unit.
Can't be faulted, will use same team to re deliver if they'll have us.

Moving house can be stressful but not with the Little Removals Company. Three strong men with expert knowledge made for an easy experience for us. No problem couldn't be overcome. Little this company isn't for your big day.

I paid the little removals company very well to pack and move my household items into storage.

I specifically requested via email that my mattresses should be packed with some protection against damp.

Fast forward to today when I am moving into my new house I now have THREE damp mattresses that had ZERO protection or covers on them. NOTHING.

On calling little removals to complain I had an extremely rude response and no offer of help whatsoever. I was told they do not use damp covers if items are being moved into someone's own storage facility. This response would have been useful months ago so I could have used a different company that did what they said they would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I never ever ever leave bad reviews as I do not ever want to impact somebody's business but I have made an exception today.

Requested company to come out and give a quote and was advised seven days before of a date and time which I agreed. Three days before the company advised due to extra work from another customer they could not come out on the agreed date and they wanted to reshedule. This is not acceptable due to the inconvenience to rearrange and the lack of commitment by the company to the initial proposed and agreed date.

This removal company is without doubt the most shadey dodgy company ever demand card which is in there terms but it says request not must have payment was Offord in full 7 days before as a cleared funds bacs for a fixed price contract yet they still demanded card details and wouldn't give an explanation other then its says in our terms why on earth would you need card details when you have been paid in full unless you were looking to overcharge and con which form many reviews you do

The guys arrived before the estimated time of arrival and undertook the move of desks, filing cabinets and boxes within our offices in a friendly and professional manner. Great value for money and I would definitely employ them again and thoroughly recommend using The Little Removals Company.

We were very impressed with the team of James and Dean who helped us move house. They were professional, courteous and well organised. They made the whole process look easy. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Dodgy business! That is all I can say! Beware this company will never mentions about cancellation policy unless you ask. They did not bother to inform even when I said that I am unsure of my moving date!!

Wonderful experience with The Little Removals Company.. Lovely team, great communication throughout and the porters were professional, friendly and did a brilliant job all round - I was so anxious and they really took the hassle out of the day for me - recommended!

I found the company to be very quick to respond and flexible in terms of planning and availability. The guys who helped us move were friendly, accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Plus they played Van Morrison whilst they were working so what’s not to like !

We used the little removals company for our move in Cheltenham. The guys worked really hard and couldn’t fault them. Paid hourly and was happy it came in around our budget. I’d recommend.
