Sent wrong item flavour no returns forms package

Complete liars.
Ordered a specific brand, the only heart meds I'm not allergic to.

Was told they definitely had them.in stock...double checked.

Then told they were in the post and would get them today.

Someone rang at 5.30 to say they didn't have any in stock!

Liars! I have been without heart meds for a week waiting for them.

Beyond furious....why the lies?

Misleading information about product on their website. Customer service didn't replay on e-mail.
Postage ok, pretty quick.

I ordered and paid for "Aspirin 75mg" in early October. Got a message saying it needed to be approved. I didn't want to pay international delivery of £20 for an item that cost £1.13, so I tried to use a national delivery Postal service. They cancelled the order but never refunded the payment.

Placed order, it was shipped but got returned from Ireland through customs issue with paperwork. I’ve emailed the company to process a refund as it’s been weeks since I ordered it. Haven’t heard back from any of my emails - so they have my money, and the product. Wish I’d read the reviews here before ordering!!

I was a bit worried about ordering from this company due to the negative reviews but it was all good.
They had the lowest price I could find. I got confirmation of my order and of shipping and the order arrived quickly.
I'll be using them again.

Have seen the reviews and am shocked . Ordered soaps , excellent communication of order confirmation and shipping confirmation . Received the soaps in two days , perfectly packed and at a fair price . Will use again , and no I am not a company employee as you will see from my other reviews which are frequently highly critical .

I was apprehensive about ordering through chemist.net after reading reviews on here, but I have to say that my own experience was very positive. The price of my medication was much lower than through other pharmacies and it arrived very quickly.

I have nothing but praise for this company, unfortunately I had lots of problems with the prescription which was down to the GP, however they tried ringing the Practice, and several other calls to try and sort it out, I was kept in the loop at all times. The prescription was eventually sorted out at 5pm, so I was very surprised when the medication arrived the next day. Great service. Thanks

Absolute Shambles.
Ordered medicine containing glass bottles all of which came completely smashed because the bottles were wrapped in the tiniest amount of bubble wrap (spent £100) sent all photo evidence of this & asked if they could kindly uplift and replace which they agreed. However, after 3 weeks I heard nothing back. After sending several emails they finally got back saying they had no more in stock, but they will uplift and refund. Great! I asked them if on the day of uplift they could please email me as I work full time so not always home. Royal Mail came to uplift when I was at work. No communication from the company, nothing. This is after a month of receiving the smashed order. I’m now £100 down as the order is now in the recycling bin and the company do not care less now they have my hard earned money. There’s no way of getting my money back.
Take your business elsewhere they are a disgrace. Shame on you chemist.net

I ordered some thickener for my babies milk which I needed quite quick it was on offer on this site and said within two day delivery they took the payment and I still didn't receive the product nearly two weeks later even after three emails asking them where it was it took days to respond to my emails and no straight answer as to where it was ! I requested my money back and that still took over a week ! I have a feeling they're a scam company as I've used other chemists online and got my item the next day and easy to contact this company is poor will never use again

I have a feeling this company is operating as a scam company. I placed an order for iron tablets, which was acknowledged and eventually a package was sent. The address wasn’t written correctly on the package (completely different road name) so after a delay I had to collect from the Royal Mail office. On opening it doesn’t not contain iron tablets and instead contains painkillers which I had not ordered.

Very pleasantly surprised!! Made an order based on price and then read reviews here and got very nervous. Two days later, our order arrived. Great service, good price!! My only quibble - no confirmation email, but everything else was perfect (including the text with estimated delivery time).

I submitted an order in February followed by a med cert sent to their freepost address.
Then I heard nothing. I waited thinking it was maybe a stock problem
Still I didn't hear from them.
I emailed again. They replied this time saying that they were waiting for the med cert. I replied with a screenshot of the original and the date I sent it.
Nothing.
I emailed asking for my order or my money back.
Again nothing.
It's now the end of May and I've sent a formal complaint asking for a refund and the cost of my prescription.
This time they responded saying that they will refund me but not the cost of the med cert. For that they've passed the buck to the post office.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
I am still awaiting an order 6 weeks after placing it and also awaiting a response to my query. I paid 176 stg. I am writing to report them to OFCOM

After reading the poor reviews I thought it only fair to write this as my experience was brilliant. I ordered baby cream that is not in stock at any chemist or supermarket in the UK! Ordered on 27th Feb and paid. After tgen reading reviews I was concerned however no need as I received order confirmation immediately and 20 minutes later a further email saying dispatched with a tracking number. The order said 3 day delivery yet at 8.15am the following morning, 28th Feb it was delivered. Fantastic service. Thank you

Unfortunately I did not read reviews before ordering.
They have taken my money immediately. No confirmation of order. Impossible to contact.

Do not use this company. I am resigned to loosing my
Money. A real rip off.

First class service. Best of any online chemist I've used.

They won't send goods without having a prescription POSTED to them. What?? This is 2022!

But reading the oher reviews, I may have had a lucky escape.

Customer service is absolutley awful, they completly ignore you. You would be wise to avoid this company and shop elsewhere so your money is safe.
