Good quality product. All tradesmen friendly, respectfull, smart and hard working, especially Charlie and Simon whom we were more than happy to leave working alone in our home whilst we continued with our daily routines. Every day they cleaned up all the rubbish and dust before leaving and updated us on their progress that day. Scheduled time met for completion. Very pleased with the end result with necessary tiles replaced and grouted and beading completed. Exceeded our expectations.
The only critisism we have regards communication from the admin point of view : After paying our deposit we tried emailing and calling the company but recieved no response to our questions. Fearing they had run off with our money we persevered and were finally contacted by a director who restored our faith in Cherry Kitchens and promised us a time schedule for work. Would have liked a confirmation a few days prior to commencement of work, but we rang up and were assured work was going to be started as promised.
Sort out your admin communications and you will have a 1st Class business which we would recommend.

Cherry kitchens did a substantial makeover of our kitchen for us. Two days work onsite which was as indicated. Our experience of the company was very good. Being able to visit the Thorrington showroom see the products and talk to helpful people were all big plusses. Simon ( ably assisted by Charlie) led the installation work which was done to a high quality and met all our expectations. Thank you Simon! There was good communication throughout and we would highly recommend this company.

I would absolutely recommend Cherry Kitchens!! What a fantastic group of people to have working in your home!! I find it quite stressful having work people in as you never know how they’re going to work or if they’re will make being at home feel a little bit awkward , this company obviously employ great craftsman that are so friendly polite and tidy!! Such a relief!! My kitchen was done with minimal upheaval to myself and family and so happy with the quality and result!!! I now invite people round just to see my fab kitchen.. I’ve had my kitchen nearly a year and it’s looks like new, love it ..
Would definitely recommend and use again…

From the very first consultation to the final finishing touches, my experience with this kitchen company has been nothing short of exceptional. They truly transformed my vision into a beautiful, functional space that has completely changed the way I feel about my home.

Communication was excellent from start to finish, with regular updates and complete transparency at every stage. Any questions I had were answered quickly and thoroughly, which made the whole experience stress-free.

I honestly couldn’t be happier with my new kitchen—it’s even better than I imagined. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable, professional team that delivers stunning results.

We had our kitchen fitted by cherry recently and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. The process from start to finish was smooth and communication was excellent throughout. The work was done to a high standard and to schedule.
All the workmen were really helpful and polite. They were neat and tidy at the end of each day.

We are now in talks with them again to get our bathroom and bedroom done.

We would highly recommend this company to anyone.

My personal review and opinion and I’m writing this after literally no response 4wks post completion.
All went downhill after first day on site. Customer service is appalling. Drawings changed without notification resulting in smaller cupboards than expected and not fitting exactly as per design and tried to say all because of the walls. What do they expect from a 300yr old house ! They knew right from our initial approach to Cherry and from various visits and measurements taken prior to starting. Extremely poor communication. Well lack of if honest.
Cooker gap made too wide but corrected without telling me and then tried to blame me. I’ve got the original plans !!
Screws sunk too far splitting the wood and didn’t mention nor even fix / replace ! Brackets for plinths not installed hoping that I wouldn’t notice. Why would you not do this ? Extractor flue repaired with masking tape. The list is becoming endless. Don’t even get me started on the final invoice / warranty paperwork. Oh and you pay the install team direct. Didn’t find that out until day before completion. So had to make 5 x payments. Wish I had held back some funds from Cherry until full snag done. Lesson learnt. But open every drawer, door, plinth, cupboard and check. And then double check.
Approach with caution and eyes wide open. Sadly we will be taken advice and necessary action given the ignorance. Even messages left for the owner to call fell on deaf ears.
I suppose we will probably hear from them once the review goes live…….

Cherrys was recommended to me by friends who had had kitchens & wardrobes fitted. I wanted a Media unit with storage & electric fire beneath my TV. Where other companies had failed, Cherrys came through! I'm very pleased with the service I received & more pleased with the unit. Thankyou!

From Ben's design, to Ross's fantastic customer service, a great team of fitters across the trades, and fabulous quartz worktops, we now have a kitchen to be proud of. Our kitchen refurb with a combination of old and new, exceded our expectations. Thank you Ben, Ross , Danny and your team.

We had a brand new kitchen built a week ago by Cherry and we are extremely pleased with the work carried out.
All their team were friendly and helpful and helped us achieve the kitchen we were looking for.

We’ve had a full kitchen makeover with cherry. Really happy with our kitchen and the service from cherry. Fitters were lovely and polite really helpful, Tom and Joe were also brilliant I would really recommend them.

A friend of ours recommended Cherry Kitchens, following completion of their beautiful home restoration project, which included a stunning new kitchen and utility installation.

Having not being aware of the company previously, I was intrigued to see what they had to offer in comparison to other local companies offering similar services.

Myself and my partner arranged a viewing at their showroom which certainly did not disappoint, we were able to view an array of kitchens and specifications catering a variety of price points also, which was welcoming.

Our meeting was with Ben, he was both very welcoming and extremely knowledgeable which assured as that we had come to the right place. Having considering our kitchen refurbishment over an extended period of time, we had a relatively clear vision of what we wanted and Cherry Kitchens were able to offer this with their variety of different door profiles, finishes, colours, ironmongery and worktop specifications.

Once the works themselves began, we were informed of both who and how many of Cherry Kitchens installation team would be in attendance throughout the full duration of the works. The team were all well mannered and very professional, from start through to finish.

I understand that Cherry Kitchens also offer other services such as bespoke joinery and wardrobes, safe to say we shall be back in the future and look forward to Cherry Kitchens delivering another fantastic project for us - we shall recommend to others for certain!

Superb job! Recently, I had my office/studio redone with fitted furniture and a media wall display. I'm really happy with everything, the design is super slick. Currently getting a quote to get my kitchen done. Ben and the team were super friendly and easy to deal with. 100% would recommend.

I had a kitchen makeover and a fitted bedroom completed by Cherry and they were professional start to finish. The fitters were respectful and tidy. Whole experience was seamless start to finish!

Had our kitchen makeover done by Cherry and I have to say, they were amazing from start to finish. Fitters were very polite and tidy throughout. We are absolutely over the moon with our new kitchen and very impressed with all of the staff. Well worth checking out their showroom to get some ideas. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Can’t recommend Cherry Kitchens more highly! Amazing from start to finish from communication, quality and fitting. So happy with how my fitted bedroom wardrobes have turned out from Cherry that I am now waiting for them to come back and fit wardrobes in my entire walk in wardrobe. It was so lovely to visit the Cherry showroom and visualise all the options and colours they have available alongside all the added extra options they provide. All the team are so friendly and have been so accommodating with any questions or problems, could not recommend them more highly.

Three different workmen to paint bedroom walls only ,told they have professional decorating people but not one was qualified they sent an electrician a builder and a kitchen fitter one done the ceiling one rubbing it down and one painting it ended a reel mess and they charged £180 .
Never use them again all wrong handles on wardrobes discussed with CHERRY

I wasn’t informed that there was a special offer of 20% off, when I contacted them to discuss it they said they had taken that into consideration and had given me there best price.
I can’t fault the workmen Charlie and Josh but sadly I feel there was certain finishes to my furniture that they never had the expertise or experience to do.
I certainly would look to other companies in the future they didn’t impress me.

Cherry Kitchens carried out a replacement of our kitchen, which we are extremely pleased with.
The work consisted of stripping out the old kitchen, replacing the stop cock, new LCD lighting, plastering walls & ceiling, painting of plaster and woodwork, fitting the new kitchen and laying flooring.
We requested the work to be done around a holiday, to allow time for the plaster to dry out thoroughly before painting, which Cherry were happy to do.
The workers were punctual, friendly, kept the working area tidy and ensured the debris from the old kitchen was taken away promptly.
During the fitting, Dan was happy to accommodate small requests to improve the final look and feel of our new kitchen.
Our only minor gripe is a lack of paperwork following the detailed survey, which caused us concerns as to whether the company had fully understood what was required and what the final quote was.
We would highly recommend Cherry Kitchens to anyone wanting a full replacement of their kitchen.
