I would have liked to give Cherry Kitchens a 5 star review. I love my new kitchen and the guys who installed it were brilliant. I was less impressed with the level of communication, particularly from the Man at the Top. He was most helpful when he came to discuss the design and the pricing, but, thereafter, communication was disappointing. I didn’t feel informed about what was happening and when, and I believe that all of our interactions were initiated by me. I was also disappointed that, once I had agreed on the work to be done, he showed no further interest in my kitchen. I would have appreciated a visit from him at the end to inspect the finished room and to check that I was completely satisfied. He might have taken some photos too, as I think my kitchen is as good as any shown on their website, if not better! So, yes, a five star kitchen, five star team and hopefully some constructive criticism for the full five stars for Cherry Kitchens!

My new kitchen is absolutely beautiful. The guys did a brilliant job from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond. I would recommend Cherry Kitchens without hesitation so easy to deal with and they really listened to what we wanted and came through, spot on. Thank you so much

More than happy with the kitchen they fitted for us. Can’t fault service from Ben coming around and surveying and advising to the fitting team who were professional, hardworking and clean and tidy. Happy wife = Happy life.

Was happy with my kitchen referb , but 8 months later I have a small issue that just needs à maintenance call that would take 5 mins to fix. After emailing them with a video of the problem on January 3rd and following it up with 2 calls, I'm still waiting ( 20th Feb ) . After sales care is as important as the initial installation, so I'm disappointed to have to say that I feel a bit disillusioned. If I hac a more serious issue, I'd be worried that they'd just ignore me with that as well.

The guys that fitted new cupboard doors and put down the new floor were brilliant - on time, worked consistently and professionally. The after service could be better, particularly with communicating what happens next and when

Terrible from start to start to finish, tiling, plumbing, doors, inconsistentces/gaps with door alignment, loose wobbly hinges, not shutting properly, bangs shut as soft not working, dropping and falling off, shelves supported by angled screws and not proper supports blown doors. Supply and fit of sub standard white goods, went elsewhere in end. Company unaccountable and reluctant to rectify. Years later company not willing to sell me new kitchen !

Hard to know where to start. I’ve never given a review before as I’m too busy but people need to know to avoid this company. Terrible workmanship and the worst customer service in the industry. Eventually gave up and replaced with a brand new Kitchen - Just 10k down the drain then. 3k of that on a sheet of white glass of which they thought we'd be happy if they cut into 3 pieces and installed with he gaps between. Ruined my day just remembering the whole experience.

Unable to finish the kitchen due to Covid still in a mess and no joy from this company. Started in October thought it would be finished for Christmas. How wrong was that! My cousin is still waiting. Appalling customer service!
