Whereas we cannot fault the windows or the guys that installed them, we cannot give more than 3 starts due to the service pre installation. We had no intention to write a review, but after three emails asking us to give one, it is obvious that my disappointment has not been escalated within the company or that Cherwell have tried to learn from it. We would not have ordered the windows without reassurance about having them installed the date we agreed. Having a young adult with mental health issues, flexibility is not what we do as a house. Everything was planned for a mid December date, and preparation had been done for the puppy, young adult, our business running from a different office for the day etc. Due to the snow, Cherwell moved it one day beginning of the week, which was just about doable and out of Cherwell's control. Then the next day just informed us that the windows had not made it from Wales, and they would turn up 19/20 December. Considering I had numerous phone calls to chase me about ordering the windows, it seemed chasing the windows had had less priority. I panicked, no way we could fit that into our schedule and i was hugely disappointed since the windows would not be fitted before christmas. I was made to feel that it was my fault windows would not be installed before Christmas. No consideration to what goes on in a house, which cannot be moved (bearing in mind our downstairs is all open plan) and the room not usable during installation, needs thorough cleaning etc afterwards and we were having people visiting for Christmas already by then.
Windows came January - we could have now ordered them with 20% discount in the sale, and since Christmas had been and gone, another month wait would have been ok. We received probably about 10 different messages on social media etc about the sale (insult to injury at the time). I was chased to sign the order by the sales guy (Steve) in November, I made it clear I did not want to sign unless they came before Christmas (and not christmas week). I wrote a long email in January to Steve apologising for my unprofessional behaviour when I panicked and told him how disappointed I had been about installation date, never received a reply. The installation guys were amazing - and totally understood our situation. Even people in messy situations needs new windows. So 2 reviews really one 5* on installation and windows, and one not so good averaging on 3*.

The very best service. No complaints at all. I am so pleased with the quality of my new door and with all concerned at Cherwell Windows and Doors from sales to the fitting team. Thank you. I would recommend this company to anyone.

We have used Cherwell Windows on four separate occasions now and have been extremely pleased with the service and pricing they offer.
The fitters are charming and polite and endeavour to make the process as easy as possible with the minimum of disruption.

We would certainly recommend them to anyone considering having their windows replaced.

Very willing but timetable slipped a bit and they had to come back to correct a couple of unnecessary mistakes. Final result was good.

Would recommend this company.
Fitters very nice, no mess & great results

Would just like to take this opportunity to say how pleased we are with our new windows which were fitted yesterday, the guys who installed them were polite, professional and the work they carried out was fantastic. They left the house clean and tidy. I would certainly use Cherwell Windows again and recommend you.

Ryan and team have been brilliant from start to finish. This has been the most enjoyable experience of our house renovation. The quality of the windows is superb and has made a real difference to the house.

Ryan was brilliant and very knowledgable, however the customer service provided by Cherwell Windows was terrible. We were always chasing for delivery dates, when handles were going to get fitted etc. An email lettin is know what was going on would have been appreciated.
I do think the product is very good, although it was a shame there were no options of handles for the sliding doors and the fitters were excellent if only the customer service matched it.

The product supplied was quality. The fitters turned up at earliest scheduled time (bonus!) and did an excellent job. Considering they were removing an old external door and installing a new one in November and in the rain the operation was smooth, efficient and clean.

We chose an Internorm patio window which is excellent.
The installation was carried out by the Cherwell Windows team efficiently on the agreed day.

From the very first enquiry to the finished installation, everyone involved was helpful, informative and very pleasant to deal with. We had two Evolution external doors fitted and we are thrilled with them. We haven't stopped receiving compliments from visitors!

The installation has additionally fixed a long-standing leak, which had allowed rainwater in.

Thanks to the fitters who were careful, polite, and helped me with advice on other issues they spotted (e.g. with my door and extractor fan).
