Matt is a very personable guy, he did a great job touching up my very scratched bumper and a very badly grazed wing, also dealt with all my dents, looks like a complete new paint job now! He did even lend me a courtesy run around for a few days, at no extra cost. He couldn't have done anymore. Highly recommended!
Had high expectations of this company as had been recommended by my main dealer. I thought it would be good to shop local especially after cover affection businesses in the last 2 years. Phoned the mobile, number a couple of times, no personalised answerphone so not sure it it was the company but checked on website and mobile was correct so left message, not returned so called again hours later, Matt the owner answered, said he was on 'paying job' and would call me back in 10 minutes. He did not but at 1700 a colleague did, apologised and requested photos be emailed, and I would be contacted. Photos sent within minutes. I phoned Matt mobile next day and not answered so phoned the mate who reassured me they had photo and would return. Still waiting...........
So, i wandered into Chips Away Hazel Grove, was seen immediately and given written quote, booked in and completed the job, top marks and will leave good review and tell all my friends, about both companies.
Waste of time. I called, texted, uploaded details through web site with image of problem, but in a week not a single response except an automated text.
i can only surmise they are not interested in securing any business.
