Dreadful

Dreadful. The kaftan I bought looked nothing like what was pictured . The material was completely different too. Feels like a real headache to return and at my cost apparently.

Chinese Scam company

I made a purchase of several dresses on 1/7/2024 which arrived today, 15/7.

The company appeared on my social media I had never heard of them, however, the adverts / images presented as photos of customers wearing the dresses leaving glowing reviews. I bought several colours for myself and my sister (totalling £300) they claimed these were £70 dresses which were on offer two for £60 “ last day of sale”.

After ordering the advert has appeared numerously since and always displays “last day of sale” and the “two for £60 offer” Additionally I started seeing the same images of the dresses and “customer review pictures” appear from many “unknown” sites and realised quickly I had fallen victim to another scam Chinese company.

Sure enough the tracking I received was from China. The dresses took 15 days to arrive, and are beyond cheap, nasty, paper thin, very poorly made, Chinese tacky replicas of the images shown. It’s disgusting they can suggest these are worth £30 each much less reduced from £70! They are garbage.

I have emailed for a refund but see that they state “refunds at own cost” - which isn’t going to be easy or cheap to organise shipping to China!

This is a Chinese scam company - the items are unwearable - I feel sick to lose this money that I didn’t have, these were the only summer clothes I treated myself to this year and I expect I have nothing to show for the money.
