I am writing a review regarding the Blaux mini air cooler purchased from Needinhome. Although it arrived in 5 weeks, I really from all the bad reviews didn't expect to get it at all. With the situation of COVID, yes shipping overseas is slower. I did not get the blue color I order (got pink) but not an issue. I love this little air conditioner. Does what it says and will be great overseas in inns, etc. with no air conditioning. I use it now to cool down my bedroom at night while a/c struggles to get to desired temp with the heat during the day. Highly recommend it, price was less than others, just have to wait..

Warning! They will not respond to you or take several days to give you an excuse. The VIP shipping takes weeks. They do not deserve even one star.

Probably rates more stars as a seller, but this site is really only a virtual storefront for drop-shipped product from China. I suspect they have none of the items in any inventory that is local to your country.

Now, that's ordinarily not such a bad thing - I've ordered plenty of stuff directly from China and it's always taken 10-14 days to the US. However, some combination of a bad shipping company chosen to transport their deliveries, slow US customs clearance, or the Covid (maybe even all of the above) means that your item is going to take every bit of 30 days to arrive once your order is processed.

So long as you're good with this, I think most people are going to be OK. However, the number of people alleging that they didn't get the correct item is a bit disconcerting.

That said, I did get the item I ordered (the 305cm 4-layer inflatable pool) and the quality seems to be quite good.

But, honestly, you'd probably be just as good finding the same items on alibaba and ordering directly from the manufacturers.

Worst of the worst. They make everything look like a US company but it's a scam site based in China. Took my money on July 5th and still no sign of package. Tracking number goes to some bizarre 3rd party site I've never heard of with bizarre updates that basically say the package is touring the country. One week its in Chine then its in NY then its back in China then its in CA it's now Aug 8th and no one knows where this thing is. I used Paypal and opened a case but still no resolution. The track site is registered through Xin Net Technology Corporation which is being deauthorized by ICANN for FAKE WEB SITE REGISTRY. Look up the story on infoworld

If I could, I would give them zero stars!! False advertisement, terrible customer service, thieves who won’t give you your money back, after promising 3-7 day delivery and product arriving a month later. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

This is a terrible company. I ordered a pool and it took forever to come. It says it would be delivered in 7-14 days but it came about 45 days later. Also when the pool came it was extremely small not what advertised. The pool was supposed gone large enough to fit 4-5 people and instead one child can fit in it, it is about the size of a large cooler. I paid 54 bucks and am furious. This is a major scam do not order from them.

Do not order a complete ripoff. I am in process of disputing through paypal, but will not completely give me my money back.

I ordered a pool on July 4 and paid extra for shipping for 7-12 days. As of July 30, I still have not received my pool. I emailed them asking for a refund for my shipping and received several emails in return giving me the run around, including that due to it being shipped from China, it never would have been here in 7-12 days, but rather 18-24 days. Tracking information posted seems fishy too. In the span of 3 days it went from NV to PA to CO. I live in PA, so I'm not sure why it would go from PA to CO.

Ordered a Blaux brand portable air conditioner and they shipped a cheap knock off no name model that does not have any of the features of the Blaux. Big scam. Bait and switch. Refuses to refund money for obvious misrepresentation which they admit to in email. DO NOT BUY anything from this corrupt company.

SCAM alert!! Paid $60+ for a "Giant Family Pool", that's what it says on the box. I ordered on June 29th and paid for 3-7 days delivery. It arrived on July 23rd, a small 43" x 35" x 18". So mad!

Its been a couple months since we ordered our pool, just got it yesterday. Paid extra 16.00 for shipping to get it in a week, you see what happened. It is smaller than expected, way smaller. This is a rip off!

Awful. They say 3-7 day shipping, I got my item 19 days later. They blamed the heat and Covid for delays. The heat? The item I got was not as described, it was smaller and very disappointed. I’d stay away.

Less than 1 star. I ordered what was to be a family sized pool, fitting up to 4 adults comfortably. Paid for expedited shipping. The item came a month later and was the size of a box flower bed, and my 2 year old barely fits in it. False advertising and a scam. I opened a dispute in PayPal. Do NOT order from this company.

I ordered a pool, and paid a total of $84.98 with shipping. I did receive a pool however it was NO WHERE near the size of the pool depicted in the picture. (It showed 2 adults and 2 children) its barely big enough for my 2 year old. I could have gone to Walmart and spent $7.99 for a pool this size !!!! I'm thinking I went to Amazon ??? Does Amazon direct you to this site ??? Maybe they need to be responsible for the unhappy customers and there seems to be a lot of them on here !!

Me and a friend both placed orders with needinhome.com, within 12hrs i got fraud alert on CC for multiple attempted charges, same thing happened to friend. Not only a scam sales site with no product delivery, but CC fraud as well

Placed order on June 26, still haven't got my pool. Paid extra for shipping to be here within 3-7 day. The offer my shipping money back..told them no, wanted refund. Didn't get that back, so I called my credit card company filed a report and got my money back that way. Will never buy from them again. Stay away from this site. Still without a pool.

I believe this entire site is fraudulent. I purchased a pool plus what they call VIP shipping on June 26...so far nothing. If I could at least REACH these people I would feel more confident but the email address is not real,neither is the phone number. Facebook page was set up a week ago,non-responsive. They sent me a text July 7 to say pool had shipped but when I try to track, I get an ERROR message. Today is the 17th...nothing.If I don't receive pool in the next 7 days,I will have my bank track down my $. It is really sad that there are "companies" willing to scam people

I can honestly say I agree and I'm currently experiencing the same things mentioned by those of you who left reviews prior to my review! Future customers Please be aware and do your research! Do not get scammed and disappoint your kids!

Bought an inflatable pool for my kids turns out it’s in centimeters. Box labeled gigantic family pool! Total bs! Waste of 55

This company is a scam. They got me for $98.00. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! i shouldve researched tjem before ordering a pool. Shame on me. Now my kids are out of a pool and im out $98.00 plus $16.00 for shipping. But i will continue fighting this till the end. I WANT MY REFUND!!!
