DO NOT USE! does not deserve 1 star. absolutely, appalling quality of goods ordered. items look nothing like the pictures, material and workmanship quality shocking. as previous reviews i was offered 15% refund to keep the rubbish, this was refused so was then offered 20%. would not wear these items under any condition. i am in the process of returning to CHINA NOT LONDON. doubt i will receive my refund. lesson learned - READ REVIEWS FOR YOU BUY!

the company claims it is london based and even says delivery within a week via royal mail- this was so far from the truth . items of clothing badly made and turned up faulty, thin cheap hard materials - even had bobbles over a “fresh” tracksuit i ordered. Then they had the cheek to ask me to pay returns to china- for falsely advertised product and london based. disgusting they are allowed to do this. lesson learned - always check where the company is actually based on reviews

Would not even rate this company a 1. Please don't use it as you are unable to return parcels therefore don't get a refund. They are NOT based in London they are based in China and are an absolute rip off. I have lost £75.00 with this company

The photo of the cardigan I bought was knee length.
I am medium height (5'5") and this cardigan went down to my ankles... weirdest shape... making the hem tighter than the body.
No proper button hole... just holes!!

I would not recommend this company.i placed order when it came it was not suitable.I asked them for the returns address they advised that the item was not shipped from London it was shipped from China and that I would have to pay to return it.I am pensioner and bought this as present,if I do not pay for the return I have lost £35.00.Do not buy from this company.

Disgusting , same as other reviews, ordered a cotton blouse and it was Pure polyester! False advertising,offered 15% then 25% wished I’d read the reviews DO NOT USE

Would give zero stars if I could. Should really have read the reviews first. First it took longer than expected for the goods to arrive. I now know it was because they came from China! Second the quality of the goods was abysmal and nothing like in the photos. Thirdly when I tried to obtain a refund I was told I would need to cover the cost of the return to China or except a 15 % refund. The whole site is a con. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Please please read all reviews, this is not a UK based company, they sent me the wrong size shirt, it had no labels. I sent it back to the return address on their package label at my own expense. I sent them photos of the item delivered and signed for by their employee. They keep insulting me with stupid offers. They just will never repay you. Please be very aware of this company 👎👎👎

They offer a return and when you connect with them, they indicate the return is very expensive and to China.
They try you keep the item by offering a 15% discount.
They try to cofuse customers by anouncing it as Chiara London.

Don’t trust them! They sent me the wrong size shoes, and then told me I had to pay the return postage to China before they would return my money. Their emails do not answer your questions, just keep fobbing you off with contemptible offers of giving you back 15-20% of your money and letting you keep the item (which if it is the wrong size, as in my case, is abslolutely useless to me).

Items advertised look nothing what arrives, the material is horrid and cheap. Asked to return items and the seller does not respond or outline how to return items for a refund.

Coat made from thin material. No buttons or pockets, not even good enough as dressing gown. It looks like a cheap, limp rag. I can return if not 100 % satisfied.But, have to pay return costs, which includes shipping to China!! I thought I was purchasing from shop in London. Lesson learnt, obviously too cheap to be any good!!

**Edit - Since this purchase, someone has been trying to make purchases on my card from a different country. I have recently had to make a fraud claim as my online details have been compromised and this is the only site I can think of as to why this is happening.

Shipped straight from China. The quality is terrible and nothing like the pictures on the website. Absolute scam. They told me that they only shipped from their distributors in China because the item I wanted wasn’t available in the UK at the time. Can’t be refunded without having to ship back to China myself and pay the fees. But even then, I’m seeing that the parcels and getting “stuck in customs” and people still aren’t receiving their hard earned money back. Fuming.

If minus stars were possible this would be - 5. Like many other reviewers, I ordered 2 garments from a credible looking, glossy online site. Delivery promised in 4-6 working days, items eventually arrived after 3 weeks; my emails received string along responses, until items arrived. Both were too small ( even after I spent some time trying to make sense of their charts and measurements in their listing), the quality was dreadful, not natural fibres but very poor quality synthetic material, also poorly made. One item was folded in a polythene pouch the other had been balled up and stuffed into one, so totally crumpled. There were no return/refund forms or instructions in the package , so I went back to the website which advised return must be made via same delivery system- however, no detail. I later discovered 3 addresses given for the company buried in the website, London, Brasilia and Guandong, China! Had I seen this prior to ordering, I would not have ordered. As it is well known that Guandong seems to be the epicentre of scam retailing! I emailed Chiara to inform that I needed details to enable return of the items and prompt refund. They replied with an “advantageous” offer: if I paid them another £10, they would send me a replacement item and I could also keep the items delivered!! I then clearly understood that this was not a legit company and that I was a victim of a fraud scam. I have clearly refused their “offer” and restated my demand for a refund. I will never receive it, either because they will break contact or they will run down the clock on the return window. I certainly do not intend to pay for returning this item to China! I have contacted my bank and registered a fraud complaint and have asked them to refund my payment. I don’t know if my claim will be accepted, but I do urge anyone who’s been stung by Chiara to seek redress through their bank. I do hope that this dishonest, callous mob of fraudsters can be brought to justice.

Disgusting company, clothing is extremely poor quality, nothing like the pictures. Returns process is horrendous. Had to send photos of self in items that do not fit only to be fobbed off with offers of discount and company refuse to send returns details. I am still in process of fighting them to return items to get money back. Trading standards and consumer rights non existent. AVOID!

This site is a total scam, the clothes they advertise look great then something completely different arrives. Materials are cheep and poorly made. I requested refund and paid the postage, never got the refund, kept saying is im customs but they would never release it from there they say I have to pay customs duty. So I lost the money and the postage fee. Dont buy! The company office is in some block of flats in China is not even proper company.But whoever made the website is genius I must say, very convincing .

Doesn’t even deserve one star. I am appalled at the time it took for delivery when was guaranteed within the week. The items arrived and are shocking quality and look NOTHING like the pictures online.
Trying to get in touch with them for a refund form but no luck yet, concerned I’ll be outwith my 30 day back refund because the delivery took so long.

Horrendous experience, bought a dress and paid for Royal Mail delivery . Was not advised it was coming from china and delivered by EVRI . The dress is nothing like the picture and is cheap and terrible quality
To return it they advise you have to pay the refund to china

Wish I could pick 0 stars, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Awful service in every aspect they advertise as UK but make you return items to China and pay for it yourself. The clothing quality is terrible and they make you pay extra for faster delivery but it takes over two weeks, and trying to contact them over email is a nightmare. They drag out your request for a return by ignoring everything you say and trying to give you fake discounts until eventually you run out of time to “return” and by the time the items reach the centre in China (which you paid for) they state you did not return them in time and don’t refund and also keep the items. SCAMMERS!!

Company based in China not London. Items are poorly made and can only return to China. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing but was in a rush. Please do not buy from this company.
