I order a dress for my daughter. The item arrives and is not wearable. The fabric is 100% Polyester, which is not what is advertised. The seams are loose and dangling , the zip chunky and exposed which will probably brake the skin If worn. And is has got no inners which means is see-through.
The company trades as an uk company but the returns (which we have to pay for) go to CHINA, the customer phone number no-one answers is in PORTUGAL and the company's address is in BRASIL!!!
Total scamers !!!

Do not buy from this company, they are Chinese con merchants.
Returns you have to pay for the shipping back to China.

Absolutely awful, bought 2 dresses that look nothing like what I ordered tried to return to china as others have said and now my items are stuck in customs and I’m out of the 30 day window and £70 down. Scammed good and proper - so annoying!!

this is a scam website do NOT order, has been nearly 3 weeks and i have not received my item, i don’t know if i ever will and if i do i am expecting a cheap quality item which i wont be able to return after reading reviews.

Same as everyone else - cannot return and they ignore you when you do not accept their 15 % offer

Purchase coat size larger, BUT it was way too small. Emailed to ask for return. They asked for a video to prove this. I emailed back refusing. Then took 5 more emails over several weeks to organise return. Then I had to track it to China. Has just cost me another £23. So I should get £44.95 back less the £23 postage return. Do not use this company. Poor quality and a joke.

Do not use this company. They are horrific. Order 2 weeks late. Goods, 2 Kaftans, absolutely appalling, nothing like the photos on the webpage. Now I have to try and get my money back.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The website is a scam. Cheap, shoddy item delivered and fabric not linen as described. Company offers free returns (purporting to be London based), but in fact you are required to return item to China at your expense. Companies like this (and they are numerous) appear to be completely unregulated/unmonitored and do not adhere to UK consumer legislation

DON'T EVER ORDER FROM HERE! I reached out to them requesting a refund due to the poor quality of the items i received - which looked nothing like what was advertised. When I mentioned i wanted a full refund and was willing to return the item, they stopped responding and blocked my email. I basically lost $126.

Corset dress. Completely uneven. It wasn’t until I was at a wedding that I realized how uneven the dress fit on me. One of the straps was digging into my skin, while on the other side the cup was extremely loose. I kept adjusting but there was nothing I could do to make it even. Then halfway through the wedding the strap that was doing all the heavy lifting’s (because of the uneven mess) plastic ring snapped. I had to break the other side and tie the strings in the back like a halter to make it work. The dress was still unbelievably uneven.

I checked to see if I was crazy, and lo and behold, the dress is stitched completely uneven. I looked at the unworn dress and it’s the same exact thing. These dresses are paper thin, fall apart in seconds, and are built horribly.

I let them know, but obviously they know their product quality is terrible and they refused to give me a return as it was outside the 30 day window. I should have known better but oh well. They also didn’t let me upload my review to their website and delete every comment I put on their social media.

The first time I ordered (summer corset dress) the items were exactly what I wanted! BUT THEN ... I ordered a second time at the beginning of January and still have not received my items. I've emailed their help service four times. No response. At this point, I think the company has gone under and we're out the money if we ordered. So don't order now!

This is the biggest scam! I made a purchase 2 dresses of those. The quality, fabric and size is NOTHING like what is advertised… nothing like those models. It’s baggie, saggy and quality of fabric and cut is awful!!! what a huge disrespect of consumer!!! literally a scam

This is the worst service and clothing rip off! They are offering me 45% back and said instead they could send me new items. Are you kidding? I’m reporting them as scam on FB and IG!
