Total scam. Do not buy. The dresses were low quality and cut small. Only 50% refunded. We'll see if they even do that. Dresses are unwearable.

First of all the products that have arrived ARE HORRIBLE. Cheapest lowest quality worse than anything I’ve ever seen. And they smelled like cigarette smoke so I have to keep them outside otherwise it infects the room.

When I’ve asked for return and refund, they said I could keep the clothes and they will give me 20%, I said no, they increased it to 50%, I said No, I will return them, they tried to scare me that the price of return label will be so big it wont make it worth it. I said I will try anyway.
They gave me a random address and my Yodel delivery attempted to deliver twice, and now 3 weeks later the horrible clothes returned back to my address!

I emailed them, to which they replied:

Its not possible as we accept hundred packages a day.

Any suggestions as to what can I do?

The dress quality was poor and the service was bad. I tried to return my dresses and asked if they'd be willing to make an exception and accept my return because I was away traveling during the 30 day return window. They refused my request and then ignored my subsequent emails.

First of all, I ordered the corset dress bundle. I didn’t know what to expect, but what I got was some cheap Chinese clothing definitely NOT worth the price.

I tried to return it immediately. For context, im an extremely patient person. I usually don’t write any reviews unless I am really affected. I started by sending them a short and nice email asking for a return, and all the information necessary for the return. Companies are supposed to comply. They are not supposed to reject if the customer is not violating the return policies as stated on their website

They answered by offering me 20% of my clothing instead of a return, because with their “thoughtfulness”, they want me to avoid the hefty shipping fees (which would be less of a loss for me than to have paid 80% of the corset dresses).

I said no, I want to proceed the return. They replied with 50% this time, as if it is an auction. Desperate signs of a scam. Completely unsatisfied with the product and service. I am still waiting for my refund request.

Do NOT shop from here. The good reviews are fake reviews

It’s a scam! The quality it’s poor. Not worth it of what you paid for. Nothing like the picture at all. Don’t buy!!!

I'd give no star If there's an option. Totally fake!!! The clothes are from Beijing, China not UK. The 2 dresses I have purchased are nothing like the photos on the site. Fake Fake Fake!

Bought two of the corset dress. The quality of very poor and the bodice was huge and the bust was tiny. I contacted them to return them and they said I would only receive 20% of what I paid, or I could choose a replacement. I rolled the dice and chose the cargo dress. THEY SENT ME THE CORSET DRESS AGAIN. These people are incompetent and WILL screw your over. DO NOT BUY!!!!!

Alternatively, you can get a different, new item for free from chiaraclothing.com. That means you still won’t have to pay for return fees, and on top of that, you get a product for free. If the new item is more expensive than your current one, you only need to pay the difference. Take a look at our store and let us know what item you’d like! I’m trying to make sure I don’t let you go with the least beneficial option for you, which in this case would be the return.

what kind of returns process is that????

Do not order!!! The clothes fit horribly and both dresses arrived with broken straps! I ordered two colors of the corset dress and they come to almost my ankles and the skirt it HUGE. The waist fit fine but the cups of the dress are sized for xsmall breast but to accommodate they just add fabric to the sides so it fits around but you have these writ small cup shapes that your breast will not font into. It looks so bad!!! I reached out and was offered 20% refund which is ridiculous as I pain almost $90 so my refund would be like $18!!! I was also offered another item of the same cost (there are only 4 items on the site and given the quality of the first order, that isn’t an option). Last option was a return where I would cover their astronomical cost of shipping leaving me at a deficit for the purchase. Horrible quality, bad customer service! Way over priced with horrible, horrible quality! Do not waste your $100 like I did!!!

Ordered two dresses, after seeing ads on instagram. The quality of the dresses were horrible, nothing like what they advertised. When emailing customer support for a refund, they really make efforts to dissuade you from returning the product, citing the high shipping cost to mail the item back. They will try to negotiate with you to accept an immediate refund - they start with 20% and then increase it. When I stated that I would like to return the item, they no longer promptly respond and still try to convince you to take a refund.

I doubt they make money on their cheap quality clothing - If anything, they are making money from these people who accept a partial refund.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Quality is like from a rate hole, all stitching coming out!I saw some bad Chinese clothing, but this one is the WORST! Absolutely untrustworthy company and nonexistent customer care! Definitely save yourself time, money & nerves & STAY AWAY from this horror SHADY company. I received only half of my order a month ago and they still didn’t refund the missing dresses, and the other dresses are of scary quality, I sent them pics and they said “oh we don’t think it’s that bad, not considering it damaged”, so 50% refund is maximum we can do. I’m like “nope”, I’ll dispute this transaction, as it’s a total SCAM.

Listen to all other reviewers. This company is a scam.

The products are absolute garbage and the items are constructed cheaply. Absolute rip off and scam. Also - there’s no refund because the cost to send back is the same as the refund. DON’T BUY from this scammer.

Ordered several items and despite numerous attempts to make contact after waiting more than two weeks for them to despatch my order I have heard nothing! Very good at continuing to leave there website up and running and taking payment for goods they had no intention of supplying!

Don't understand why a co isn't with happy customers would suddenly decide to start stealing people's money. PayPal disabled as a payment option. Not answering emails or calls. And

Do not use his company, their customer service is non existent. I ordered items for Christmas in November, I didn't receive the items or a refund. I've emailed them numerous times - no replies. Messaged them via their website - no response. Telephoned - can't get through. Avoid at all costs.

Anyone using a site called CHIARA FASHIONS beware. I have been ordering goods from this site for a while now and have always received them until September when I did my order, paid and did not receive anything. I have tried to call them numerous times but it states the answering service is full. I have sent them emails and sent a recorded delivery to them, which when tracked the Post Office state cannot be delivered to them and they have left a card. So paid out money and never received the goods, even though they are still advertising their products beware as you probably will not receive them!

I have always been shopping with this company, they sell nice clothes and always take a week to delivery which is fine but I made an order on the 9th October 2015 and it's now the 1st of November and I still haven't recived my package!!! I've emailed the company several times and no rely I've rang there's no one there to answer the phone. They took my £106 and yet still I'm here with nothing. Very disappointed!

Their clothes are not the best of quality. They last from between 6 months to 1 year, but for that price, and with free delivery over £20 purchase, it is a good service that I continue to return to!
