So I ordered from chiara a few weeks ago.
I used PayPal and received a PayPal confirmation, but days later nothing from ChiaraFashion.co.uk. No order confirmation, receipt, or shipping confirmation. So I emailed them to make sure that everything was okay and my order was shipping soon. No response. Days later emailed again up to 3 times and still no response and then I ended up receiving the parcel today.
It was actually delivered really fast to the U.S. It came in about a week+ 3 days including the weekend! The piece looked exactly as pictured-actually nicer than the picture. I have yet to try it on though, so I will update my review once I do.

If they get better at responding to customer inquiries and email order receipts and updates, I would have given 2 more stars. Yes I would order again now that I know it was coming LOL.

Ordered items for my daughters birthday and most arrived the next day. One was out of stock but was given the choice of a refund or to order an alternative - the alternative choice also arrived within one day!
I did try to phone and got the answer phone but found that they were extremely responsive when contacting via the form on the Chiara website.

Tried Chiara first time and was so excited when waited my items. All is good, delivery just in time and items are very good quality. Whta is more important thei have a low delovery cost. I am sure that will order again

I have been shopping at chiara for quite some time now and have always been very satisfied with my orders which are always delivered in time and in perfect condition.
The material is surprisingly very good considering the extremely affordable prices, and the items fit to perfection.
I consider myself one of the biggest fans of this website :-)

I have been shopping from chiara for few years now. Their delivery is really quick and good. Customer service is great, they answer you email within few days. If you are not happy with your item they refund back the money straight away or they will exchange it. Quality of all items are great. I will always shop from chiara as I am very happy with them.

We ordered 4 weeks ago and never got our order! They will not respond to our email, and the customer service telephone nr is a tape! Will never order HERE again! Worst online shopping experience ever and we didn't got our money back!! Opened a dispute with paypal, hope they can help us

The delivery service took longer than expected but overall happy with my products and I would order from this site again.

clothing I brougt on this site were very cheap

Very happy with my shopping experience at chiara I find there prices very cheap the clothes are nice quality ,the fit is good they have always delivered my goods nice and quick will continue to buy from in the future!! :)

So chuffed I found Chiarafashion - their clothes are quality and delivery service is brilliant. Prices are extremely competitive with other sites.

DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I consider myself a very experienced online shopper and have not come across such abysmal service for a very very long time. Ordered a couple of items from their website and 2 days later received a parcel - very good so far! Opened the parcel to discover one item correct but the other item was not what I had ordered. Telephoned the customer service line - no reply so left a message on their answerphone. No reply 24 hours later so called again - phone just rings and rings so ended up leaving another message on the answerphone. I then sent an email but again no response received. Finally decided to make a claim via Paypal for "item not received". At this point Chiara Fashion start communicating - what a surprise! Chiara Fashion offered full refund if items received returned back to them. I left a message via paypal asking for confirmation that return postage would be refunded too. No reply received so after 2 days sent another message to say claim would be escalated. Chiara Fashion responded that return postage would be refunded and to put the Royal Mail receipt in the return parcel. To date I have now managed to get a refund for the original order but I am still waiting for the return postage refund (£4.10) and I've got to say I am not holding my breath! Appalling service the fact that I had to return an incorrect item at my own expense. WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN FROM THIS COMPANY.

I am very disappointed by this site. I paid for 4 articles and I received only 3 from it! I contacted the customer service and well on no answer. Find you that normal?

I love this company because it has a great choice of clothes with very affordable prices. I love Chiara Fashion's clothing, it is very trendy! I follow them on facebook, and it is full of great offers and contests, which is one of the things that make this company so good.Also,i love their customer service because they are so kind and they strongly care about their customers.I love it and i would definitely recommend it to everyone!

Few days ago I ordered couple of things, shoes, dress and jumper. I loved it in the picture and I sent them directly on shopping card. After two attempts I failed with my payment and I asked help from them. They relied to me kindly advising step by step. Excellent customer service and very kind Sam, who replied to my e-mails several times. I received my items within a week and they were as in the picture. Shoes and dress quality are very good and I absolutely love them!

Next to cheap prices, nice clothes and a fast delivery, they're also honest in their facebook-competitions.
I won a top in a competition, and I'm totally in love with it!
Same goes for my (supercheap) promdresses and top I bought on their site about half a year ago.
I never had to deal with costumer service, since I never had any problems, so I couldn't tell how bad/good it is.
But come on, for these prices, I don't mind taking the risk!

Awful awful service.
Placed an order that never came. Telephoned & left copious messages on customer service helpline (of which they never answer) to return my calls. Emailed time & time again too. All I wanted was my order but had 2 go through process of reclaiming money through PayPal & my credit card. Which hasn't been easy & would be a horrible experience at any time but also having endured a traumatic personal period, made this very hard & is only just being resolved after nearly 3 months. Particularly disappointing & very stressful experience. With no apology or any communication whatsoever from chiara fashion.
